Facility is new, right next to the big shopping mall. Overall the service was nice and responsive. The on-site staff were very helpful in trying to accommodate our needs and requests.

Everything was nice, but for a five star hotel, vegetarian options were a bit limited in their catering / restaurant. We could feel that the hotel was targeted more for Koreans than international guests. We tried asking favour to the hotel few months before the trip if separate arrangement could be made as it is very difficult to get vegetarian food outside, especially in Daejeon. But the hotel could not do anything because we were just few people privately booked and not like for business occasion in big group. Perhaps this is something that can be improved in the future, as we paid that much for the 5 star services that we didn't get.

The location is superb. Very modern. Direct access to Shinsegae. Wonderful.

The threshold of the bathroom should be made higher so that after showering, water will not flow out from the bathroom and into the dry area. That made the floor very wet.
