Clean big space bed room. big space bathrom with bath up. Big screen smart TV. I like the most is : the wardrobe steam machine !! Convenient bed & bedding. Nice simple menu & service at breakfast.

Dark color room (one side- black paint wall). The only window in the room is a small window = minimum natural light. But they put a lot lighting to brighten the room. And, Improving communication attitude for the junior staff at the reception desk would be nice. If you cannot sincerely sympathy or helping my situation - please just pretend to care ^_^ Basic hospitality is caring.

I really liked the decor of the room and the air conditioning. It was a lot quieter than I expected and had a lot more space as well. There was a TV with Netflix and things. They also were very good at providing soaps and towels.

The bathroom had a lot less privacy than I would hope for. There was no door to the bathroom itself but the toilet and shower were in little alcoves off the room that had a sliding glass panel that could cover on or the other. But it was glass so you could still see! And the wall of the bathroom into the room itself was also glass (although it was frosted glass so a little bit more hidden). Wouldn't recommend unless you are staying with someone you know very well.

The room was super nice. It's really big and clean. The mattress was amazing, so was the bed in itself. It's nice to use the massage chair and also the bathtub. Just be careful because the floor is super slippery 😆 even in the bedroom. It's a good place to recharge your body and soul~ Also the breakfast is good. It's a small buffet with coffee, juice, milk, cereals, toasts, butter and jam, korean food. They give you come salad with vegetables and eggs and sausage.

The employees are kinda cold ? Maybe because we are a mixed couple they didn't want to talk to me ? Also there is heating system we couldn't stop so at one point it was 27 degrees in the room but it was OK when we used AC.

Everything was perfect! The room was big, nice, and clean. The bathtub is huge and very nice to relax in. The bed was also very big and comfortable. The restaurant was really nice too, I loved having breakfast there! The staff was also very pleasant.

Excellent location near subway station and many many restaurants and bars. Quiet, clean, and large room. Very modern TV and climate tech for comfy temperature/humidity control.

I would say the fittings are a bit dated; I would not call this a 4-star hotel but more like a 3-star.
