I found the room to be quite comfortable, spacious and very tidy. I stayed for one night and was able to do a late checkout which was great as I arrived around 1am. So needed the extra sleep. I was able to keep my luggage after check out as my departing flight was quite late that night. The shuttle to the airport was pretty frequent and the drivers were very accommodating and kind.

I was extremely disappointed with the amount of waste the hotel generates during breakfast. All the plates cutlery and cups were single use plastic and polystyrene. I was shocked and it frankly made me lose my morning appetite a little. In this day and age, with the issues we are facing, it is unacceptable to use single-use items and generate that much waste, specially in businesses like Wyndham, where as a customer you expect more social responsibility and effort from the organisation.

airport shuttles cannot be found in the airport and it was very difficult to call the hotel - no one is answering. even here in Booking.com, they are not responding

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

The location as there is nothing around and there's an area that felt unsafe with all the homeless and their RVs.

For a 3 star hotel, I really liked my room. It seemed newly renovated and was nicely designed. The bed and pillows were soooo comfortable! I noted down the brand because they were that good. Cleanliness was top notch. Staff were really friendly. Especially the lady who checked me out on May 26th :)

The breakfast wasn’t great — I am seeing on recent reviews that it’s because they are still working on improving it though. But it is literally just fruit with cake. The area is not the best. If you are not used to gritty city vibes this area might not be the best to stay in. Only upside was that it’s 5 minutes from the airport and quite close to Sofi stadium. I didn’t like having to ask for my room to be serviced everyday — it was highly inconvenient. I would suggest having a system of a Do Not Disturb sign or something similar to what hotels normally do in terms of cleaning services.

The breakfast was good. Good serving size and was tasty. The shuttle service to and from the hotel was good.

Wish breakfast had of started a bit earlier.

The property was perfect for my purpose, very close to the airport, the staff was fantastic and very helpful. There is a 24 hour subway across the street that was very useful very late at night. The room was clean and adequate only stayed one night as I was in trend between cities, and well worth it. The shuttle service from LAX to the airport was efficient, as the shuttle passes every 30 minutes or so.

I didn’t have any drawback other than the toilets are a little slow to flush, but that’s due to the ridiculous California mandate. I’m sure, truly nothing negative to say about the property.

Fantastic room, very spacious.

Unfortunately my room was close to the elevator, which was quite loud and made it hard to fall asleep.

After reading previous reviews I was worried about our stay BUT we were very pleased with the hotel. Firstly the trip from the airport to the hotel was great on the free shuttle. Check in was easy and the staff were very polite and friendly. The room had been renovated and there was a good amount of storage. The bathroom was roomy and very clean. The beds weren’t super comfortable but they were perfectly fine for one night. The room wasn’t noisy which I was surprised about being so close to the airport. The breakfast is very basic - toast, juice, coffee, cereal(2 choices), scrambled eggs, sausage and potato. Was fine to grab something and then be on our way. Hotel were happy to store bags for us and help with sourcing transportation costs to Hollywood. Overall it was a pleasant stay and is still undergoing further renovations which will be good.

Breakfast

Even with the minor refurbishments being made at the time of arrival, LA Quinta was wonderful and always clean. The room was modern with good natural light flowing through. Insulation was very good, I never heard any noise external to.my room once I closed the door The bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the fridge, coffee machine and TV with a wide selection of channels. All the staff gave very good service every day

Would have preferred an alternative to the muffin for breakfast. Otherwise everything was brilliant

Room was clean, updated, comfy.

The noise that came from the hallway which was other guests. All night it was kids being incredibly loud and parents trying to hush them. The entry to the room could serve some form of sound barrier more so then is already there. I do not blame the hotel for the noise the families should know that after 11pm it is quiet time and to be respectful of others in a shared environment. This was at 2:30 til 4am that this occured. Oh well. Would I stay again sure. Was a good price and came with a dree breakfast I just slept through the breakfast due to the rude loud people keeping me awake half the night. Which sucked as it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.
