Comfortable bed, clean hotel, laminate flooring, cozy room

The electricity was turned off in the hotel for 55 minutes and the room became stuffy, no one said what to do next and when the electricity would be turned on.

Large, clean and comfortable room, with sofa, desk and coffee-maker. Good bathroom. Very good price. On a busy road, but my room was at the back and quiet. As I had no car, it was a little too far to get to old Pasadena easily, though there is a bus. The hotel is about 20-25 minutes' walk to shops, restaurants and Sierra Madre Villa metro station.

Occasionally a little noisy in the corridor. Staff were a bit disengaged.

Our stay was wonderful, the staff was absolutely delightful, the room was neat, clean, comfortable. Highly recommended.

We drove to Pasadena for a medical procedure, and arrived early to avoid any commute traffic or accidents whatever. We wanted to check in around 1 PM but had to wait until 3 PM. An early check-in time would have been nice, perhaps I should have asked for it when I made my reservation.

This is my favorite hotel in Los Angeles, I normally book during the week the rates go down to 90-100 and the rooms are always clean and renovated with a nice bathroom. The front desk is always so kind and has great customer service. He always try’s to upgrade me more space if available since I have 2 babies with me.

Maybe just the layout of having to park but that’s it

The owner and staff were very welcoming and friendly and check in went smoothly. I stayed here because I was attending a convention in town. It is recommended to have a car though to get around, but the bus stop to downtown is a short walk away from this motel. The motel is under renovation and I stayed in a newly renovated room. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

The hotel feels a little run-down from the outside & in the lobby, but the rooms are actually really nice. I had a big, spacious room which had been newly renovated. The bed was comfy and the facilities in room good - coffee maker, microwave, fridge.

Only downside for me was that I struggled to get the shower to get beyond luke warm.

Great for the price, location was good enough, and had on-site parking for no additional charge.

Photo does not match stock photo on Booking.com - not a dealbreaker, but the building is different. A bit noisy at night.

The interior of the rooms exceeded my expectations. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are excellent. Furthermore, the hotel facilities are being remodeled. Excellent facilities at an affordable price.

The outside can look a little strange.

The office staff and room cleaning staff were patient, courteous, and attentive.

Underground Parking: The guests would park their cars utilizing 2 spaces, which made it difficult to park or a tight squeeze.
