I loved the entire room especially the bath tub with the window. And the large windows for the best view.

YOU GUYS SPENT ALL THAT MONEY AND NO COFFEE POT OR MICROWAVE . THAT WAS A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. I HAD TO WALK TO THE GAS STATION TWICE FOR COFFEE AND HOT CHOCOLATE THAT WAS AFFORDABLE AND GOOD. I THREW AWAY FOOD BECAUSE I HAD NO WHERE TO WARM IT. THATS THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT...I will say that it's enough to make me not come back.

Comfortable rooms and good value for money. Free parking, we were travelling by car and with this saved money we parked in one of the hotels like Bellagio paying usd 18 for the day. Nice gym and pool, would come back.

I love the valet parking nice touch. I also like the casino, pool area everyone really friendly. I like that the rooms were really clean and comfortable. OMG the smell of the entire resort really nice. I am big on cleanliness and smells of where I am staying they were a 10.

I didn't like that everything was a charge. There should be complimentary coffee in the suites. Not a breakfast person so had to leave out and pay 6.00 for a cup of coffee unless you leave the resort. It should be complimentary. They should consider small microwave under the fridge. We bought food in the restaurant and didn't finish it, but had to ultimately throw away due to no microwave. That's a miss with the coffee for sure.

This is a handsome hotel with high quality and modern rooms and facilities. The entrance is particularly striking. The location is great for us because we are typically visiting relatives who live nearby. They upgraded us to a very large room this time, which wasn't even necessary.

The location will definitely not work for someone who wants proximity to The Strip. One other niggle: I hate hotel rooms that are complicated. I am staying for one night and I don't want to have to have a masters in electrical engineering in order to figure out how to use the lights. There was one set of lights we couldn't even turn off.

Our room was beautiful we loved it when we walked in the room the smell was fresh clean. The view from our room was great we was able to look at the whole strip that was great the bathroom was everything that I wanted I loved it can't wait to come back and stay there again 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Their wasn't nothing no not like about the M hotel it was beautiful

The hotel was clean, and the pool area was nice. I enjoyed the bathtub and the view when taking a bubble bath. I also enjoyed the gym.

The hotel is too far from the strip. We spent a great deal of money on rideshares to get there. The food variety is your run-of-the-mill. The hotel is also beginning to show its age. The bathroom had several chipped tiling on the faux marble on and around the bathroom sink area.

Everything. Nice. Luxury. Clean. No craziness with parking like you get on the strip.

Nothing.

Great location away from the strip. We loved our room so much we went straight back down and booked another night. Beds and pillows are so comfortable. The bath and shower and so luxurious. The mirrors are great for makeup and getting done in the morning. The view of the strip and the pool from our room day or night was absolutely stunning. Very close to Henderson shopping for Whole Foods etc

Nothing at all will definitely come back here again if in Vegas.

Room, location, cleanliness, staff friendliness ... A 5 Star resort in my eyes.

My room key did not work one day, and it took an extremely long time for someone who actually knew what to do to arrive. House Keeping key did not work. Security key did not work. Over an hour. And once the gentlemen from facilities arrived with the "magic laptop" that could open the door he seemed a bit lost at how to access the program on the laptop to open the door. I finally had to leave to pick up guests. Thankfully when I returned the door was fixed. You might want to make sure the staff is knowledgeable on using the different programs.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel was great. Front desk staff was excellent as well. The spa was 5-star!

Our room’s bathroom had a foul drainage smell. Also did not receive the best service from poolside waitress. Openly ignored four times while flagging her down. However she had no issues assisting people around us. I will not let her poor service ruin the other professional staff at the M
