This is one of the most beautiful hotels in the world in a stunning location. The staff is lovely. They made a special anniversary surprise for my husband and I. So thoughtful. The spa is exceptional - not to be missed. The cocktail bar and restaurant perfection. And the architectural details are gorgeous. Sliding stone blinds- wow! Beautiful at every turn.

What we did not like is the it’s not 100% safe for walking on stairs. There are no handrails anywhere and the wood platform by the pool is finished with polyurethane making it dangerously slippery. Our traveling companion slipped and broke his wrist.

The view of the fort from our room was spectacular! Hearing the muezzin and the chanting from the temples and the boys jumping into the step well next door was lovely. It is pretty loud but you are in India after all! The staff were very kind and attentive especially when my husband felt unwell. Excellent restaurant - very atmospheric. Wonderful pool. Super spa. Fantastic massage. Great fun zooming around in their blue rickshaw. Truly one of my favourite hotels in the world.

The property exceeded our expectations in every sense so much so that we came back for a night stay in between our cityhopping journey. The location was perfect as we could walk around and see many of the sights close by and even come back for a quick change before going back out as it was humid. The staff and the services were exceptional from arranging our rides to other cities to visiting sights even food recommendations and the spa services were done with care. We ended up eating most of our meals at the hotel for convenience and everything we ate was delicious. Also had a good selection of cocktails and mocktails as well. The room was spacious and the pool was splendid as it was August we felt as if we were the only guests in the hotel. Overall we had the perfect time!

A former grand haveli in the old city with the fort as backdrop. Now an oasis of tranquility, beautifully designed hotel with stunning pool, gardens and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace for drinks. All food was exceptional including table service breakfast. Staff very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Would definitely rturn.

Everything was great. As we've experienced at all the hotels on our tour, the mini-fridges don't really work well, small detail.

Stunning property with a fantastic view of the fort. Location is perfect, amenities and service are fantastic to match the splendor.

There is a mosque just next to the property where the call to prayer is very loud early in the morning. The rooms require better sound proofing or the mosque needs to turn down the volume. Additionally in terms of the concierge service Ossian is one of the proposed destinations, it is sold as a desert excursion. Unfortunately it was very disappointing, it first of all was not dunes in a desert but rather a sandy portion of some private property where a jeep drives around in it and short camel rides are offered. For a hotel of this caliber and service standard it is a shame they partnered with such a low tiered gimmick of an activity.

Architecture of the hotel is very nice - combines the new & the old, garden view from our huge bedroom, excellent restaurant and breakfast, attentive staff, nice hamman, right in the old city

The hotel is just next to the mosque and it is really a deterrent!!! For one reason or the other (not the case elsewhere in Rajasthan / other mosques) here the priest does a live sermon that lasts close to 1 hr around 7pm and you can hear it loud and clear. In addition, the tone of voice from this person is very harsh - wondering if he is even showing/displaying hatred to others... and it is extremely loud - you cannot have a drink on the rooftop at this time!! way too loud. Really a problem for a 5* hotel in our opinion. Second thing to improve, NO gym in a 5* hotel is not acceptable either. This should be corrected...

The hotel is just gorgeous. The views of the fort are breathtaking from the hotel. The included breakfast is outstanding. Arshad in the restaurant was a seasoned and attentive server who made us feel special. Thank you!

The location is noisy and the sleep quality is affected even with the use of earplugs provided. It is an expensive hotel.

The unique design & the central location next to the Fort and the Stepwell. The staff were wonderful & the food was outstanding, we enjoyed delicious breakfasts & had a fantastic meal in the RAAS restaurant overlooking the Fort. We also went to the Stepwell Cafe (accessed by a private passageway from the RAAS) and ate on the Stepwell Cafe rooftop overlooking the steps and fort. The RAAS rooftop bar was also excellent. The jewellery shop within the hotel has a stunning selection of jewellery. The hotel was calming and peaceful considering it's location!

Excellent hospitality and food!!! The staff goes above and beyond to provide overview of Jodhpur culture and suggests local food to try. Arshad and Jay were truly helpful and made our appetite bigger!

Location while inside the property has great view, reaching to this place is painful. Drivers deny going in to old Jodhpur streets to this hotel.

This might be the most impressive hotel I've ever been to. We loved everything about our stay, the service, the food, our room, the view, the pool. But most of all, the architecture. This hotel is a true architectural marble. A perfect blend between antique and contemporary. You should definitely stay here when visiting Jodphur.

This was the most expensive place we stayed at during our trip through India. Yet it was worth every cent.
