Really nice place, clean beach, super attentive staff. Room service is convenient. The kids club could be improved, but my teenager loved the rush club. My children and teenagers loved the pool with its small slide, waterfalls, and paid activities (trampoline, go-karting, quad biking, horse riding, etc.). Overall, a very pleasant stay. I recommend it. On the other hand, yes, the restaurants are not cheap, but it is a luxury resort, so that's understandable. In addition to the room, they will charge an extra €100 per night in advance, and quite frankly, that's not enough. Be sure to budget for food and activities if you are traveling with your family and staying at the hotel, which costs €200 to €300 per day.

I didn't like the depth of the pools. For adults, it's really ridiculous. Swimming in the pool is really not pleasant for an adult, always having to crouch down. And I think it's a shame that there isn't a full-time employee who goes around throughout the day picking up the trash that washes up on the beach from the ocean.

The room was lovely, clean, comfortable bedding and very good AC. The staff are fantastic. Everyone is very helpful and attentive. I want to give a special shout out to Amine in the Market Place restaurant during breakfast hours. It gets ridiculously busy in there and he kindly accommodated my group throughout. The pool is nice and the bonus point is the resort is walking distance to the sea.

Other holiday people being rude to staff. The Amis cafe isn’t of top quality, they need to improve their coffee making skills.

Amazing family hotel with exceptional service! I would like to highlight the most brilliant stuff members at Oasis pool bar, Buddha Beach Bar and Olives/Market place: our kids and adults enjoyed their utmost attention throught the whole week of our stay. We totally loved everything about Mazagan!

The pool was basic. It is big but not deep. Also, the pool closes out at 6PM that I simply don't get. The beach is gorgeous and breaktaking. It is kept clean, private and there are guards watching to ensure safety. The bar by the side is excellent and staff are amazing. The property itself is quite huge and there is not a moment one would feel bored. The shuttles to casablanca mall is good to visit both mall and city.

The dining options are a bit on expensive side. We chose to dine-in at the room which was fantastic. The breakfast, though good can become better with more options and variety. For a 4 days stay, it starts to kind of get boring by the end. I found the requirement for a dress code a bit odd considering that it is a hot place and people would rather dress for comfort than style. As long as one maintains a decent wardrobe there shouldn't really be a problem.

My mother, 80 years old, was with me and she uses a wheelchair. My cousin had an accident and her leg was taken care of by Mr. Abdel-Ilah, a polite man. Mr. Othman followed up with us on the matter. They made me feel like I was in a hospital. They took great care of us. Othman... Abdel-Ilah... Thank you very much.

‏There was a problem with breakfast, it was very crowded. I hope there is organization and a more spacious place for breakfast.. and the manager took care of my disabled daughter. He was polite and a respectful man.

Stunning architecture and design, a beautiful hotel, well set out and easy to find everything Amazing staff - very keen and obliging with generally a good grasp of English . I must mention particularly the head waiter in Yakumanta (Oyeya?) - so professional , knowledgeable and efficient. Golf course - fantastic condition everywhere and EMPTY of golfers! Location rather far from anywhere …… During the week neither of the 2 fabulous beach restaurants was open in the evening …..very disappointing The BBQ restaurant at the beach was not open even on the weekend after 5.45pm so we weren’t able to eat there and enjoy the amazing sunset Minor criticism of the golf course - more rakes needed in the bunkers, some had none and many were too large for just 1.

It was a beautiful resort and there was a good range of activities for the kids. The breakfast was also fabulous and we loved the beach barbecue restaurant.

There weren’t very many children-friendly places for dinner. Most places that were best for our kids to eat closed at 6pm and the dinner places didn’t open until 7pm. So we ended up feeding the children a big breakfast, gave them a snack and then have an early tea at 5pm. The other thing that was great was that I wasn’t completely confident about their handling of my son’s nut and seafood allergy. Some staff were better than others but we coped. Also, the friend we were with ordered a birthday cake for her son’s birthday to be brought to one of the restaurants but they appear to they forgot. However, they ended up sorting it out for us, quickly.

You guys have a wonderful staff from outside to inside the resort ( very nice & friendly people ). You guys need to review prices : Buffet, all you can eat exclude drinks !!!!! Soda can cost 40 dhs !!!! ( mazi pool ) It's not affordable for most of the morrocan people with ( average morrocan salary ) No night animation for residents.

The resort is chic and elegantly decorated, with generously sized rooms. The customer service everywhere was very good and attentive particularly Abdelilah at the check in, Mouad at the check out. Breakfast was Ok, Sel de mer restaurant was exquisite, The beach grill restaurant had excellent food options as well and was reasonably priced. My kids loved all the entertainment options offered onsite: Karting, Quad, Paintball, and zip lining! Oualid was very helpful in planning all activities at the concierge office! Driss & Khalid were exceptional, Nothing but love from the moment you walk through the front doors and throughout the stay!
