Stunning architecture and design, a beautiful hotel, well set out and easy to find everything Amazing staff - very keen and obliging with generally a good grasp of English . Location rather far from anywhere …… During the week neither of the 2 fabulous beach restaurants was open in the evening …..very disappointing The BBQ restaurant at the beach was not open even on the weekend after 5.45pm so we weren’t able to eat there and enjoy the amazing sunset Minor criticism of the golf course - more rakes needed in the bunkers, some had none and many were too large for just 1.

It was a beautiful resort and there was a good range of activities for the kids. The breakfast was also fabulous and we loved the beach barbecue restaurant.

There weren’t very many children-friendly places for dinner. Most places that were best for our kids to eat closed at 6pm and the dinner places didn’t open until 7pm. So we ended up feeding the children a big breakfast, gave them a snack and then have an early tea at 5pm. The other thing that was great was that I wasn’t completely confident about their handling of my son’s nut and seafood allergy. Some staff were better than others but we coped. Also, the friend we were with ordered a birthday cake for her son’s birthday to be brought to one of the restaurants but they appear to they forgot. However, they ended up sorting it out for us, quickly.

You guys have a wonderful staff from outside to inside the resort ( very nice & friendly people ). Location; kids club, and activities are a plus ( make a huge difference to the stay ) A big thanks to Loubna & Jamila ( housekeeping service ), always making our rooms look clean, organized & beautiful. You guys need to review prices : Buffet, all you can eat exclude drinks !!!!! Soda can cost 40 dhs !!!! ( mazi pool ) It's not affordable for most of the morrocan people with ( average morrocan salary ) No night animation for residents.

The resort is chic and elegantly decorated, with generously sized rooms. The customer service everywhere was very good and attentive particularly Abdelilah at the check in, Mouad at the check out. Breakfast was Ok, Sel de mer restaurant was exquisite, The beach grill restaurant had excellent food options as well and was reasonably priced. My kids loved all the entertainment options offered onsite: Karting, Quad, Paintball, and zip lining! Oualid was very helpful in planning all activities at the concierge office! Driss & Khalid were exceptional, Nothing but love from the moment you walk through the front doors and throughout the stay!

Outstanding location and refurbished rooms, beautiful in off season while having fair level of features and personnel. As usual, personnel is doing his best everywhere, activities management is top class.

While hotel fill rate was maybe 10% I was given a room not fully ready. Missing water bottles and toilet brush. At check out, paiement by card not available, I complemented in cash, a lot of waiting, finally I left without the bill that was sent to me by email.

Even though the hotel did not have many guests, the reception checked-in a family with a baby to the room with joined doors to ours. It sounded like the baby was crying in our room. I don't understand such practice, especially considering low occupancy. They changed our room but we had to go through the hassle of packing and moving the rooms. I don't understand such practices.

I love the staff specifically. Always smiling and ready to help. I also love how tidy and organized the place was. Such a hugeee property but super organized and everything is put in place to make you comfortable. I also loved the fact that you can stay back and enjoy the facilities in the property even after you check out of the hotel. I.e you still have access to the beach, the pool, golf course, restaurant, etc. i totally enjoyed my stay and would definitely be going back.

The people on reception leave helpless impression. Checkout took Forever. On the arrival we were supposed to be picked up by hotel driver, who arrived almost an hour to late in the middle Of the night. That hast not been charted still it was not fun

The resort is beautiful and has many activities for couples and families, the guys at the reception were helping and explaining everything and very responsive.

The sea way to the resort is very damaged and not comfortable to drive. arriving to the resort they did not let us in for check in as the guy at the entrance was telling us to go back to the parking lot leave the car there walk under the sun with the luggage do the check in and then get back to him with the envelope and keys to be able to get in! it Was very frustrating we had to insist to get to the main entrance. Arriving to the entrance nobody assisted us with the luggage we had to ask for help. We were also constatly asked about our room number during our stay by basically every security guy at the resort. Was really annoying having a walk and being stopped every 2 minutes
