Hello, my daughter and I stayed for four nights, we enjoyed the salt bath a bit and the outdoor pool. For those who can swim, it is great to see that you have a semi-Olympic pool. I also saw a children's pool, it is a good thing to spend time with the family. I would love to come back to use the sauna, unfortunately we did not have much time to enjoy all the hotel facilities. I highly recommend booking more nights to have time to enjoy all the facilities. Delicious breakfast! Irish coffee is such a nice touch—rich and comforting the small sausages so tasty. Also cheese-filled pastries stood out for both me and my daughter. We had nice dinner in the main restaurant which I recommend.

The staff from reception was amazing and extremely helpful. The room looks very nice and in 4th floor, great panoramic view. The water temperature very enjoyable even in the swimming pool. The water purification system with salt and not with chlorine.

The restricted sauna schedule is annoying. You need to adapt your personal schedule to enjoy sauna and the most attractive area which is outside (sauna plus pool) since it is open only btw 16:00 - 21:00 (M-F) when normally people have lunch/dinner/walk. There was a gym visible but nobody mentioned anything about access. For that price it should be included. It is clearly overpriced giving the location and the facilities, but it is worth it.

This hotel is perfectly situated in a serene neighborhood, with the city center just a quick 5-minute drive away. We wholeheartedly recommend it for an excellent stay!

The room was beautiful, but the breakfast super poor , the water wasn’t warm and the AC doesn’t work more then 23 degrees and has an automatic program, which is not good for the illness person . But the main problem is that I put DO NOT DISTURB NO CLEANING and anyway they cleaned my room and reareenge my room although is said NO , so no privacy

I booked the hotel at the last minute,cause it was raining heavily outside and I was very happy with my selection. I received complimentary parking right outside. The staff offered me welcoming services including a comfortable room that had WiFi,TV,spa access and perfect view from the window.The variety of fruits and pastries during breakfast was awesome.The hotel is absolutely wonderful!Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this area.

When I visited my parents in Low, I decided to have a nice evening with my wife, so I looked for a nice hotel with spa facilities. I found this nice hotel in Bacau. Rooms: very large and clean. Breakfast: very varied and good quality food. Diner, the restaunt looks cool and the food is also very good, but the size is quite small for such a big hotel. Quite difficult to find a table. Spa: large pool, also a small salty pool, many types of sauna. Unfortunately very crowded as people from outside are allowed in for a fee. Free parking. So we come back here again.

The room is big and cosy. The spa facilities are excellent, but it's always super crowded in the evenings. I like the pub menu and atmosphere, good food and great drinking options. Also nice breakfast options. Great stay overall

One of the receptionists is not particularly welcoming (I've stayed twice and it was the same feeling both times). Hate the new towel tax at the spa... simply don't understand these decisions. For 10 Ron fee, which is mentioned nowhere, you simply ruin the mood of the guests...

The place is clean and tidy, the facilities are comfortable with many spa options, a heated swimming pool, dry and wet saunas, a saltwater pool, and even a room that simulates being in a salt mine. And a cold water pool, a reasonable and good breakfast.And the place has an excellent gym with good facilities.

There is no kettle to heat water for coffee and tea.

The breakfast was delicious and had everything I wanted. The tea bags were high end, which was a joy to drink each morning. The Spa was just what I needed. The hours of operation were good and I was able to relax and enjoy each visit.

While I enjoyed the fancy coffee/expesso machine it seem to go down quite often. Perhaps invest in a percolator coffee machine or a water boiler this would allow for people who want playing coffee and hot tea to still get that at the machine goes down.

In general, I liked the hotel, very comfortable, clean and modern. breakfast was varied

I did not like the fact that I had to leave early in the morning and the swimming pool was opened only from 10 am. And next morning, passing by the reception, after breakfast at 8.30 I saw that some people were swimming in the pool, then I asked at the reception if I could use the service and they told me no. It's kind of strange, some can swim until 10 am, while others can't.
