The hotel is very well maintained. Rooms are big and comfortable. Everything is very clean. Great beddings, very comfortable. Parking places are easy to find. The only drawbacks are related to the hotel's restaurant (Portofino) and cafe (Roman Cafe), apparently managed by another firm, which are not in the same league with the hotel.

One of the mornings very noisy repairs were done in another room of the restaurant while clients were still having breakfast, which was not a good experience. In the last evening, there were some other repairs to the restaurant terrace, that sent a smell of chemicals all over the building.

Great location of the hotel, very close to the city center and the pedestrian zone. The staff is very friendly, they speak English and they are very affable. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is fantastic, with a large selection of food that can be prepared for you additionally.

The only thing that I didn't like is that there are no dishes that can be used in the apartment in the hotel. There is a small kitchen in the apartment, but without any contents, not even the most ordinary plate to put fruit on.

Perfect location in city center; the staff was very polite and helpful; the room very large and nice, furnished with taste and style; bathroom was also quite large and well-aired; the restaurant served very good food (had one of the best burgers ever), with spotless service.

The air conditioning could use an update (it was a bit noisy and not really being up to the task of cooling the room on a very hot day).

- The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant but has a restaurant in the same building where breakfast is. Therefore, if you have any issues with your breakfast (which I had) it is hard to blame the hotel. - Perhaps is better to do not book your breakfast at the hotel

We had a great stay as always; this is our go-to place whenever we’re in the area. The Superior Apartment was spacious and well-maintained, just as we expected.

This time, there was a small disappointment—we were charged for a bottle of water. Unlike our previous visits and the standard in most hotels, there was no complimentary water provided in the room.

While the air conditioner wasn’t working during my visit, the staff did their absolute best to make us comfortable. No criticism towards them—they were great. It’s just up to the owner to get the air conditioner fixed.

The room was spotless, refreshed every day, room service was quick and the spa - a delight. My toddler keeps asking to go back, a surprisingly pleasant experience. I can't find any minuses whatsoever for the 4 nights we spent there.

The room smelled a bit weird when we got there, but it got much better by the time we left, just needed some fresh air :)

The air conditioner is barely more than a fan, no cooling effect, the fridge only had a ceremonial role as it's too small to chill anything, the same can be said for the kitchenette, it does exist but you're better of eating out.

I stayed in this Hotel for the third time, and every time when I visited it I've got more than simple accommodation, I had a lovely and peaceful stay and rest. The bed is comfortable, the room is clean and warm, the bathroom is comfortable with all the necessary things available, and the staff is extremely helpful. Even more, from the first time I liked the Hotel so much that every time I am planning my trip in the way to stop exactly in that place, even if it is not very much convenient from the time view perspective (id est, I travel by car, and I could pass more kilometers deeper in Romania, but I prefer to do less route and to stay in a really nice place like this). By the way, they have excellent wifi and I could have 3 hours zoom meeting through it.

I would recommend serving a more delicious breakfast with more fruits and vegetables. And in the wintertime, it was a little bit cold in the restaurant/lobby.

The hotel is very well located in the center of the city. The staff at the reception is always smiling and helpful. The bed in the room is enough large and the pillows are antiallergenic. And a very important thing - the are a lot of touristic places to visit at an acceptable distance from the town.

In the bathroom doesn't exist liquid soap instead of the solid one that I don't usually use. I didn't like the central heating which is the same with the air conditioning system. I prefer to have radiators on the wall.
