Centrally located, with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores/shopping. Premises clean and well kept. Kitchenette area with all needed for a quick meal. Complimentary water, tea and coffee a nice, welcoming touch. Comfortable bed.

Sound proofing/ thin walls! I had the misfortune of a loud neighbor and could hear their activities as clear as if we were sharing a room. :))

Lovely, light, modern apartment right in the town centre, close to shops/bars/restaurants all easy walking distance. The apartment is relatively large, with a separate kitchen and living space with TV and sofas. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Equipped with kitchen basics - toaster, microwave, kettle, stovetop and some pots/pans and dishes. Parking right downstairs (if you can get it).

Not too many complaints, except that we were told we had a "reserved" parking space, but one day during our stay all of the spaces were taken so we ended up having to pay for parking on the road. They just should be more transparent about the parking situation in that it is not guaranteed.

The location is excellent, central and easy to get around the town. The apartment was clean, warm, bright, quiet and as a woman travelling for work, I felt very safe staying there.

The kitchen has all the basics, such as a kettle, microwave, toaster, and a stove. I think for a longer stay, it could use a couple more pans, but if you don't plan to cook much, you have all you need.

Perfect location close to historical center, very good restaurant Turnul Berarilor at few meters away, shops very close. Parking very accesibile. The apartment was clean and well maintained, well equipped with everything you might need, including coffee machine. The communication with the owner was smooth, answered promptly.

The fact that you can hear the neighbors talking

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. The location is really close to the center of the city. It has everything you need. Kitchen with coffee maker, gas cooker, microwave, small fridge, tea maker etc. Living room is nice, the sofa is nice, big TV. Bathroom is great, good water pressure, large shower space. There is nothing you will not have. A super restaurant is 3 min away on foot, the mall is in 4. 10 minutes on foot to the gondola

Two minor inconveniences. To get to the elevator, you have to climb half of a floor. The elevator is between floors. On the other side of the street there is a bar that has music up until 3 AM so I recommend getting ear plugs.

I have reserved the 43 sqm apartment for 2 nights and I was really pleased with it. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, everything is done in good taste and it matches the images on booking.com. The access to the building is through a code which you get 2h ahead of checking in. The access to the upper floors is with the elevator - however the 3rd button does not work properly. in the interior garden there are 5 parking spaces. If your car has more than 4.6m length then parking becomes troublesome, particularly since the building is located on a one way street.

Very clean and spacious. In the kitchen you can find everything for cooking. All furniture is new and stylish. The view from the window is perfect! (we stayed on the 3rd floor). Durau Residence has its own parking, which was very important for us. And it is located close to the cableway station.

Unfortunately our neighbors were very noisy. Walls are thin, so we had a feeling that those guys were chilling in our bedroom. After all we had to knock on their door and ask to reduce the noise because it was very late. It didn't help. They continued to play PS games, laugh and talk loudly.

I like the location, everything is close to these apartments. Not so many spots for parking, but you can park your car on the street. Inside, you feel like in home, we had enough stuff in the kitchen. We rent the flat with the terrace on 3rd floor.

I wish I had a clean terrace. I understand, there is dust coming from the road. Probably it was worth to make a request to clean it. But not critical, we used rubber slippers there.

Very nice accommodation, within the city center. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Easy walking distrance to the central park. Super clean and well organized, comfortable with all you needed for a holiday appartment. Loved the code system for entry. I would definitely return and recomend the property for a nice vacation.

Easy self check-in. New building. Nice clean appartments, modern design. We found everething we need in the appartment. Located in the city center. 4 or 5 parking places in the area below the house. There is an elevator in the building.

No washing machine and no microwave. We didn't figure out how to use coffe machine, there were no instructions.
