Location, parking, breakfast and size of the bedroom.

Level of the Service of the front desk: the lady that was in the reception the day we arrived was not helpful… on the other hand the one that was there the day we left was adorable, helped us with information about our next stop and was extremely nice… AC was not working, telephone in the room was not working and the worst part : we found our door open one day in the afternoon… what is a big risk of having strangers in our room… not safe place

Location, parking (validate ticket at reception each time in/out) and mostly, Hotel Staff, this is what makes the difference. From Reception to Room service, staff was a +10. We used room service late hour almost at the end of their work time and the support was 5*, from the minute the phone was answered to service delivery. The food quality was also above than in the restaurant we eat in the area near by. We booked a Junior Suite with City View and had an office area as a separate room vs sleeping area. Very comfortable bed. Overall, a very good location for city center easy access and we would recommended especially for the good level of service provided.

-Not a 10 just just because although the hotel is visible renovated and you can see efforts of improvement, i assume is impossible to do the same with the base from the past - ventilation and sewerage, where although the quality of plumbing is visible, you can still have issues with shower water draining. +Net off vs the fact that the ventilation can be stopped if the sound or air quality is a problem and windows can be open.

Breakfast was rich and offered many options. Hotel is nicely renovated and furnished, both in the lobby/restaurant area and in the rooms. Reception staff very polite and professional, ready to help with whatever is in their area of decision. Parking always available, no extra cost. Central position, rooms have nice view on upper floors.

Room heating system malfunctioning, however with persistence with reception, we received alternative portable heater (after 2 days).

The room was comfortable and very clean.

Even though I requested for an early check-in and I was assured that the hotel will make sure that my request is taken care of, when I arrived at the location, I was informed that it isn't possible for them to accommodate us due to their check-in policy and that when outside was pouring rain. It felt disappointing for a four star hotel.

Premium location with fantastic choice of cafeterias near by. This city has so much history and amazing sites to visit.

The room was too hot for us, (bear in mind we came from 0° streight into 16°)imposible to adjust heating however it was sorted by reception Ciprian .

Very good location in the centre of the city, very clean, modern and quiet. Good breakfast, early in the morning even it was Sunday. Large parking slot in the front of the hotel. Free parking.

No kettle or coffee machine in the room, no cosmetic products in the bathroom only liquid soap, no brush and other tools that are making your stay easier.

The staff was wonderful, always nice, helpful and smiling. The cleaning services - exceptional. The double bed is very large and the sheets are wonderful, for a tired traveler :) there are lacks in terms of 4* standards, but we really enjoyed our stay in the end.

The bathroom is extremely small and looks like a 2*, rather than 4*. The windows are kind of small in comparison with the room and they don’t provide coffee, nor complimentary water, not tea or water heater, which would be usual, as the charge is in full.

Spacious and clean room, except for a few stains on the carpet. Instant hot water with good water pressure.

The thermostat was locked at 18°C. I arrived late and tried to change it to 22°C, but even in the morning, it was still at 18°C. I fell asleep instantly but had a very bad sleep because the room was too cold.

bathroom facilities are quite oldy and not properly installed: the shower bath to weak made from por quality plastic material, bad shower cap on water spread, the toilet WC chair is too tall installed even for a normal adult size

Great location, great breakfast, clean, and the superior room was extra-big, amazing matrice and linen. A great touch that they had red eggs and traditional Romanian cuisine at breakfast in the week following Easter.

Insuficient in room communication about the hotel's amenities.
