Quiet, spacious, clean, modern, comfortable bed.

We were disappointed in three things: the breakfast wasn't very good, and certainly wasn't worth the price we paid. It was convenient, which was helpful. Having the elevators stop between floors made bringing our luggage to our room unnecessarily challenging. What was the architect thinking? To be clear: the elevators require guests to either climb up or go down half a floor, whereas they ought to open onto the floor itself. Lastly, there was no sign by the entrance. We didn't know how to get to the reception desk! This is an easy fix - do it!

Stayed here for 6 nights visiting family and by far the best accommodation in the town (I've stayed in quite a few). The staff were very welcoming to myself and my two children and never too busy for a chat, and nothing was too much trouble. We ate in the restaurant and very nice standard of food and no more expensive than other restaurants in the town so no need to venture out!. Would I stay again, a definite YES

Not directly applicable, but it would have been more convenient if the coffee pods were replenished daily even if at a cost, or if more standard pod machines like Nespresso were used. The current Lavazza Firma machines require specific pods that aren’t available in local supermarkets and can only be ordered online from a limited number of suppliers — which isn’t ideal for short stays. That said, we had another fantastic stay at Atlas Aparthotel this summer. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the standard of cleanliness was outstanding. We would absolutely recommend it.

One of the best accomodation we’ve ever been to! Everything was outstanding: the room was exactly like in the picture, very clean and tidy, comfortable, nice view over the city and ideal location. The breakfast was varied and good quality; it was a joy to eat on the terrace in the morning! The staff was super nice; even gave us a 10% discount voucher at the restaurant which you must absolutely try! Parking underground and above ground although it can get crowded sometimes. I am not exaggerating when I say that it is one of our best accommodation experiences. Simply perfect. Obviously, it will remain our only choice of accommodation in Piatra Neamt. The Ciao Ciao restaurant should also be mentioned: impeccable! The place almost compromised our trip plans around the area, as we were tempted to laze around in the place all day :))

The location is superb, right in the center of town which makes it easy to explore the area. The apartment was spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable seating area and a nice dining space. The balcony was a highlight, providing a nice spot to relax with a view of the hill. The staff was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay, which added to the overall experience. The parking facilities were also great, offering free private parking that made it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. Although there were a few minor inconveniences, the Atlas Aparthotel still offers a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Piatra Neamț, we will definitely come back!

The kitchen was fully equipped but lacking an oven, which might be inconvenient for those planning to cook more substantial meals. We stayed during August and the temperature rose well above 35 degrees Celsius, and the air conditioning didn't reach the bedroom.

Amazing staff, location, view, facilities. Available parking underground and in front of the hotel (though it is pretty tight, so practice parking ahead of time :)). Fridge and microwave available. AC is available only in the living room but was sufficient for both the bedrooms to keep cool. We ate at the restaurant downstairs, and the chef was able to accommodate allergies and fasting.

No iron. Coffee machine works with special coffee pods which you won't find anywhere, so you need to ask the staff for extra coffee pods.
