At the reception we spoke with Sabina, a super nice girl who introduced us to the facilities and bonus attractions in the area. At the restaurant all the staff were super friendly and the menu quality price very good. I recommend to take rhe breakfast because is very tasty. Juice, coffe or cappuccino, 2 kind of cheese, salami, various meat, scrambled egg, 1 cup beauf salad, 1 cup Eggplant salad, butter bread and maybe more things witch I don't remember right now.

The hot water comes very slowly and when it did it was too hot. I would have liked a jacuzzi in the deluxe room.

Hotel located in absolute proximity to the Red Lake. Easy access from the road with visible and clear indicators. Parking lot with generous space. The number had a balcony, respectively the nearby view could be enjoyed directly from the balcony in the evening and in the morning. There was also a coffee machine with capsules. Impeccable cleanliness, clean towels, no odors in the bathroom. The adjacent area of ​​the hotel is very well arranged where you can recreate after the trip. Breakfast at the price of 50 RON with a good variety of hot and cold snacks. Coffee, tea and fruit available.

The place is very well positioned, in a quiet area and only a 10-minute walk away to the lake. Thee staff is very friendly and kind, lady at the reception was very helpful too, rooms are spacious, very clean, equipped with a coffee machine, fridge/bar, slippers disposable and robes. It was very warm and comfortable beds! Very diverse and tasty breakfast.

Great hotel, very comfortable and clean rooms. We had a room for 2 and a second room for 3 people. Both had balconies and beautiful views towards the mountains. It was a pleasure to sip a good cup of coffee (coffee machine provided in the rooms), enjoy the scenery and watch the snowflakes slowly falling. Very quiet and relaxing. We’ll definitely return.

Easy to find in nice location close to the Lacu Rosu, huge parking facilities, spacious rooms. Good dinner in the adjacent Grill. Breakfast in the Restaurant is not included in the price and quite expensive, but there is a huge choice of fresh and tasty food. The hotel seems to be used a lot for celebrations and conferences, but due to the lovely location it is also ideal for tourists.

There was nothing we did not like.

- The staff was very friendly and always there to help; - The room was excellent, with a big balcony facing the woods and footpath to the Red Lake; - Free parking; - Great coffee offered for free to room guests; Also free water. - A great variety in the minibar (not free of charge); - Very clean and quiet hotel; - Comfy beds and pillows (there are 2 types: soft and hard so that everyone would be satisfied) - Good breakfast (an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet); - Bonus for hiking enthusiasts: a good starting point to the Red Lake Observation Deck trail, but also to the Suhardu Mare trail.

Everything was outstanding: great location right beside mountain river, modern facilities, large car park, nice restaurant, cleanliness. That was a perfect 10 for me, far exceeding my expectations.

Nothing I can think of, really. I was amazed that I can't find any negative.

We loved this hotel, the location was great. Everything was very clean and the team was absolutely amazing. They did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and satisfied . the team of the restaurant did a great job preparing for us our meal in the exact way we wanted.
