Room was big and clean with comfortable 2m wide bed. Hotel is right in the center. Breakfast was good and with many options. The hotel has the same reception and breakfast room with Central Plaza

Some TV channels were scrambled. The shower had a small glass protection and water leaked on the floor of the bathroom. At 9.00h some plates with cold cuts and fried bacon at breakfast were empty and not very quickly refilled. Bread was finished and refilled after some time. Parking is common with Central Plaza paid but only clients of Petrodava pay 30 lei, for clients of Central Plaza is free, this is strange...

It was a very nice breakfast, and the restaurant looked authentic. The room has a nice view over the city and the mountains.

I was not happy with the customer service which we received at the reception from one of the male employee with beard and glasses. I asked him if they have any dental kit in the hotel, without saying a word he went in the back office and brought 1 piece for me. When I asked him if he could give me another one, he replied: "You asked for one, why didn't you say you need 2?" He then went in the back office again and brought 2 additional dental kits, and said: here is 2 more, that should be enough. I was shocked with the poor service and rudeness on the gentleman, I was expecting more from a 4-star hotel. I'm working myself in the same hospitality environment, and this would be not acceptable.

The room was spacious and clean. Also, the hotel is located in the city centre, close to various attractions.

There was an event overlapping with our stay and there was a lot of noise during the evening (we were staying on the first floor of the hotel, just above the conference area). Also, during breakfast it was extremely crowded, we could not find a free table right away and there was again a lot of noise. The coffee machines were out of order (probably due to the high number of people using them that morning).

We really like the location and the big rooms. The water pressure in the shower. We like the smell in the room and the lady that was cleaning the rooms. Very nice staff.

We were uncomfortable in the bathroom, cause the toilet brush was not functional, the handicap seat on the wall shower was barely hanging, and the fact that we paid for 2 rooms with one bathroom but not two wardrobes… The fridge is way to low positioned (you have to stay in your knees to see what’s inside) with the door opening one way and the door from the cabinet furniture masking the fridge opening the other way. Breakfast was very basic with very cheap food. In the restaurant at noon we had lunch one time… not ok, we don’t recommend because the price is way to high for what they offer in quality.

The location is very good and close to restaurants and tourist sites in Piatra Neamt. These rooms are on a lateral wing of Plaza hotel and are of similar comfort or better (We also stayed in the hotel previously). The bed is large and very comfortable. The rooms have air conditioning and bathrobes (in some rooms also sleepers).

The breakfast is 50 lei/person, it has several options, but the products are of cheap supermarket quality. Coffee is however very good (they have espresso machines). Being located on a lateral wing at the second floor, do not expect "a view" from any of the rooms (we stayed in two separated rooms already).

It is a good hotel in general, not much to comain about - only have 2 issues described below. Location, people, cleanliness all were good.

Apartment A101 has 2 rooms, but there is no door whatsoever between them. There is therefore no privacy. Room A103 had a very strong plumbing stench that was filling the entire room.

Clean and nice room, helpful staff, good location.

It is specified that the place is accessible by wheelchair. To the elevator you have 9-10 stairs. The staff was nice and provided us with a mobile ramp, but was taken after the first day. I think it is a good idea to specify that the place is partially accessible by wheelchair. I mean even with a ramp the degree of ramp was pretty high and difficult to use it even with help.

Room was not clean properly - the bathroom. The staff changed our room after calling the front desk and complaint about the lack of cleaning. Also, the garbage in the room was still in the bin after the last customer, probably. No electric vent in the bathroom and the drain of the shower was bad.

Ideally Located right in the middle of the city and close to the telegondola station. Room is spacious and super comfortable. Very large bed with good mattress. We had a wonderful night. Breakfast was very good too with a large choice of cold meat, vegetables and bakery.

Good location, updated bathroom (but no socket for electric toothbrush),nice to have a minibar, quiet, good bed, large room.

Breakfast with small choices, a little bit dirty the tablecloth’s, old chairs. For me was not important but tv channels were losing signal.
