A kind and welcoming team, and a great room — a true oasis after the rather bleak view of Salonta. Delicious food and an excellent breakfast. Parking is also available in the courtyard.

The negative part isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it’s funny that this is the only decent building on the entire street. Hopefully, the city will catch up in the future, because this hotel sets a great example.

I did like the staff, the food and the look of the hotel.

It was to hot in the camera and I turned on the AC but somehow it was making hot air, in room was 29 degrees Celsius by that time I was realizing it did not work well. Then I turn it off an slept with the window open The glass from the shower was broken. And the shower itself was littel for me, I am 196 cm and I could not stand in there.

The room was huge, and had a giant bath tub in the middle facing the television. The bed was comfortable and there was a small desk/dining table in the room. The restaurant on site was exceptional, the cuisine and cultural flair was fantastic. The staff were fluent in spoken English and incredibly attentive. I arrived early on Monday morning, 03:00 and they had a person on the desk waiting to greet me and offer an early check in...Amazing!

The phone in my room was not working, so I had to walk 30 seconds down the passage to order room service at the bar... hardly an inconvenience, but worth noting. The only other thing I didn't enjoy was checking out, I would have stayed longer if they let me.

The property is amazing, has lovely features, super clean. The rooms smelled amazing and super clean and the staff soo lovely, respectful, polite and always ready to help. We had a lovely stay, surely we will come back again. Good value for money. The breakfast is a a must, the buffalo burger was out of this world.

There is absolutely nothing not to like about this amazing 4*** hotel.

The staff were friendly and did their best to look after me, I was always impressed with how well the staff spoke English as it is not their first language. The restaurant options were amazing, the Slavian Pizza and the Slavian Chicken were my favourites and both delicious with an Ursus (the local beer) The breakfast buffet had a good selection and was well maintained. I was also offered omelettes as an option. The selection included, pastries, fresh bread, a selection of cheeses, sliced cured meats, eggs, breakfast cereals, snack bars and fruit.

My only minor complaint is that I didn't know how the coffee machine worked, but that is my fault, not the restaurants. If someone had offered to bring coffee to the table while I was eating my breakfast I would have been delighted, but again this is a personal preference, not a reflection on the restaurant's breakfast. My room had no bath and only a shower, again this is personal preference.

Old hotel which has been refurbished to a high standard. Salonta does not receive many tourists, but is worth visiting to stay at this excellent hotel. Very good breakfast and evening meal. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Recommended.

It's a cozy place. Family friendly. Some nice rare old decoration pieces which pleases the eye. Silent rooms and spatious full of light hallways, which is very pleasant compared to only artificially lighted ones. Special food choices.

Excellent staff who were very helpful and polite. A clean and well appointed hotel with excellent quality rooms. A very good bar and restaurant.

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t that effective.

I love the breakfast , and diner, on the breakfast table has been a "vegetable spread" called "Zakuska" has been the most delicious food i have ever eat in my life and i am 60 years of age . - The Bison burger has a unique taste to it ,is a good burger with the pickled cucumber /creamy cabbage the BISON GULYAS is the best you must try it if you are in vicinity

Bathroom size a bit small for my standards Footboard on the bead has give me two beautiful burses to remember

There is no other place like this one in the whole area. The hotel is very select with spacious rooms decorated with a lot of taste. The restaurant is a blessing, with a very divers menu and delicious dishes. Of course the specialty of the house is the bison meat. Hard to belive but the meat is sourced locally from the large "domesticated" bison herd near Salonta. This means the meat is fresh and grown locally. Last but not least, the staff is very welcoming, friendly and professional. I always enjoy to stay here and enjoy this amazing property. A true hidden gem! I strongly recommend to check it out if you are in Salonta.
