Staff friendly polite helpful professionals especially the receptionist (lady) even to me a English man and spoke good english hotel clean ,tidy around hotel as for the pools warm clean and very inviting . Food was good enjoyed it was a traditional romanian breakfast . Hotel room we had was lovely and quiet spacious over looking the pools and over the large area around (7thfloor). Will be back again ...

In my personal opinion I would like to have had a FREE bottle of water compliments of the hotel on arrival as other hotels in other countries I have been . But not a problem.

1. Superb location, near forest and with bus station in front of the hotel.Quiet and peaceful location with fresh air. Located in a resort with many hotels but in prime location with very accessible and warm architecture -easily accessible facilities.

long que to book appointments for massage and balneotherapy.lack of receptionist at booking therapies desk. Lack of personnel for cosmetic treatment, lack of consideration from management about having to book appointments a week in advance. Lack of internal phone line ( was not working) and lack of possibility to book therapy appointments by phone. I also found this booking system cumbersome and primitive.

The lifts took always forever to arrive. Minimum wait 10minutes. Only 4 persons fit in. Apartment was on the 7th floor, not always an option to take the stairs. The breakfast buffet, an ode to sausages and mash, appears to be an early ticket to a guaranteed heart attack. First time I have ever seen banana's cut in half with skin on. No other fruits or healthy choices, an abomination. Went in and immediately out again to get something elsewhere in town. On the restaurant terrace there is a large smoking section, despite the hotel advertising a smoke free environment.

The hotel facilities are exceptionally clean. The staff is characterized by a professional, high-quality and thorough service awareness. A perfect response was given to every inquiry. I would like to commend BIANCA who did everything in her power to make us feel good and provided a proper and immediate solution to every inquiry. A stay at the hotel is highly recommended. And we will certainly return again. Thank you very much!

Very friendly and kind staff. It was clean, and the location was great. The water is thermal, and the pools were clean.

The food is good but needs to be more fresh and better variety. If you are using the pools or spa, they dont have any towels.

All aspects were properly arranged, and the hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness. Luminita at the front desk consistently provided excellent assistance with any inquiries we presented. We will for sure return!

Excellent location , clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food at breakfast and dinner. Very good treatment and swimming pools.

Good value for the money. Clean, well located facilities in accordance with the 3 stars classification (decent nou luxury)!

Breakfast should be until 10 am.

The staff were great, very helpful and would spare no effort to make us feel wonderful.
