The breakfast was great and the Buffet Dinner

The only thing I found that I do not like was, I was staying in 5 Star hotel, they did have a dress code but it was often ignored. For supper people were wondering around in shorts and t-shirts. It's just that I expect a good hotel to have occasions were you can dress smart.

Friendly staff. Everything was fine.

From 24h, I spent 30 minutes waiting for elevator(s). During the night, artificial light was coming from the digital thermostat (not dimmable or no instructions provided). Would expect more for the paid amount ( in terms of food and extras)

The hotel and the spa looks really good, comfy rooms. The beds are a bit on the firmer side but it was ok. Decent diner and breakfast, a good selection.

The 5 stars are a bit stretched, I'd give it 4 at most. The hotel looks really good, but the value for money isn't quite there, a comparable offer can be found - let's say - in Dolomites to a true 5 star hotel, that's why it a bit on the expensive side.

Great food, clean place

The ventilation in our room was noisy.

Almost everything, except kids digging into the buffet food on the tables. And the very young kids in the thermal pools.

Good location, parking, quiet,

the mattress is not very comfortable for a hotel with so many stars, only two pillows, the bathroom is quite small but clean, the food is quite diverse but below average in taste, I personally didn't like the fact that the pool is only open until 8 p.m. during the week

Food was tasty, but could be improved

Mud wrap with Adriana is always an exceptional experience! Relaxing massage with Corina was great! Chocolate wrap with Mariana also great! Wet sauna has been refurbished and it’s great, the infrared and dry sauna are also great, and the ice room, love it! Two pools in refurbish process, were my favorite last year.. I’ll wait for next year to enjoy them again. However, plenty of other pools available and very nice! Overall good experience and will return.

Cleanliness overall very good, apart from the restaurant bathroom which should be cleaned every day after each service. Food availability good, but not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Better food in a 3 star hotel 100m away. Instead of offering sewing kit and all the bits, would be better to offer flip-flops branded with the name of the hotel. Safer for t he customer and some free advertising for the hotel. ;) We’ve got this in a 4 star hotel in Ireland and we were thrilled.

Amazing combination of comfortable rooms, excellent food and revigorating thermal baths, with great parking options. Best customer service I've seen in any hotel in Romania, from reception (especially!), to housekeeping, to the restaurant. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful and flexible, they even prepared a surprise for someone in our group who had a birthday on the day we checked in. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Just few improvement ideas: Breakfast: there is a bottleneck on the coffee machines Room: welcome water bottles can be available each day, instead daily towels replacement, for example Dinner: there is a room for improvement regarding live music Outside areas: maybe, it's better to pay more attention for mosquitoes and bees elimination (some specific treatment performed more often)
