* Location is a big plus. Very close to the city center. * Private parking (the entrance is a bit narrow though) * Tidiness. * Our host left us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate the New Year's Eve. It was a very nice surprise! * Easy/straight forward self check in/out.

* The heating is done via an inverter which tends to be a bit noisy during the night. After the first 2 nights we've decided to turn off the inverter during the night and leave it on during the day. * The building is not very well noise insulated. I've noticed that the property owners usually tend to reply to this issue that the insulation is good and the problem is coming from the other guests (which are a bit louder than they should be). This is not true, we've heard a guest snoring at night & the noise coming from the hallway during the day was quite loud.

Was verry clean and modern , with a nice sofa downstairs and a tiny but lovely bedroom upstairs. Also the terrace was lovely

They must offer kitchen towels so when we wash dishes or clean the table

The rules of the place were comprehensive, everything was explained in detail so it wasn't necessary to contact the host (and it had self check-in that went smoothly). Moreover, we needed to stay for a couple of hours more in Oradea, so the host let us have our car parked in their yard for this time. I also liked they have private parking in the yard which is secured. Our room had a nice balcony, but unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it because of the weather. Oh, and it was good that they have a small coffee machine in the room, very helpful in the morning.

For us it was good as it was this time, but if there was something to mention: it's at 20 minutes walking distance from the city center and the check-out at 10am might be a bit too early (personally I prefer at least 11am).

Ac on the room was perfect and activated before we arrived. As we had been riding motorcycle in the heat all day it was a really nice touch. Private parking in the backyard with locked gate in place. Rooms where also really nice.

The staff was very accommodating and hospitable. He made sure that we have a very comfortable stay. The place is cozy and comfortable. If you are traveling for work, travel, or looking a place for staycation, this is highly recommended!

Great location, parking available for free, prompt comunication with the host, clean and spatious room and bathroom. Also the “contactless” acces is pretty handy using the codes to access the parking, and rooms.

A little bit noisy because of the trafic (our room was on the main road side) and heating system which is pretty loud (heating pump). The was a little bit unconfortable for people having a sensitive sleep.

Beautiful appartment, close to the city centre and the zoo. Very nice and friendly owner. Nothing to complain about.

Very safe, the parking in the innercourt was welcomed. The acces is a bit narrow. The apartment is ok, has everything you might need inside, the bed is comfortable and the shower very ok.

It was cold inside and it took a while until the temperature became comfortable. In the bathroom was still cold in the morning.

Everything was very well organized, from the self check-in to the check-out. The steps of check-in were explained very clearly and sent to us in advance. Every detail that we had to know (like: how to use the coffee machine, how to open the gate etc) was displayed in a visible manner in the apartment with all the needed details. The apartment was VERY CLEAN, comfortable, elegant and cozy. It was equipped with a refrigerator, an air-conditioning machine, an iron and an ironing table, a hair drayer, a desk etc. The coffee for the machine was really good. We enjoyed drinking it on our room's balcony, above the park!

Bed duvet was very thin, old and not wide enough. The heating system is an airconditioning machine with warm air which is very noisy at night.
