Nice room, Ac is good we had very hot days. Breakfast was ok, the fresh croissants were very good. The pool is nice, it has a nice space to relax in the sun and it 's really warm, sufficient space to swim :D. The location is great, near a park and 20 min walk from Piata Unirii. There are some good restaurants near the hotel also.

Cleaning is not so great, they don 't change the towels, and the mini bar was not filled, we had only one water, we asked for more but they forgot. The personell looks tired all the time.

The staff needs to be trained in order to be more professional. We booked a room and asked for a late checkout which was confirmed by the property. However, when we arrived we were told that the room is booked and the late checkout will no longer be possible. I told the hotel staff that this is not my issue and they should handle it and find a solution as the late checkout was crucial for us being with a baby. In the end they handled it and everything was ok but if they were truly professionals I shouldn’t have known these issues to begin with. They should have been solved in the background.

The hotel itself and the room were very clean and relatively quiet. Everything is there in the hotel what you need. The breakfast was very nice and there were lots of choices for both meat lovers and vegetarians. It's lovely to see children programs. Staff was speaking English quite well. The location is good. The city centre was approx 15 mins walk. I would come back as it was a peaceful hotel and perfect size. It's not too small and not too big. The hotel has a special, peaceful atmosphere. Great for relaxing.

I would grade up the deluxe room next time we come as the bed in the budget room was not very comfortable, and there was no bath rope available. The sauna and the jacuzzi were close at the time we went, but it was not very inconvenient as it was at summer time.

Rooms and hotel could use some renewals. Room I booked is 4* but is more 2* … room is really ok but old. Breakfast is ok, we ate at 9, everything had to be re stocked. By the time they did that, everyone was done eating. So this could be better organized.

Breakfast: whole grains missing, bread.was stale. The shower curtain should be washed mire often Unfortunately we were witness to Rivos disco on Thursday evening. Ridiculous high sound!

Fantastic heated pool, tasty breakfast, comfy, clean and spacious room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Proper Wi-Fi for online work functioning in the hotel as well as by the pool. Parking is on the street in front of the hotel - plenty of reserved places. Great for stay on the road to your destination. Will gladly stay again in the future

It is not a l modern hotel, but it surely has its charm and it’s mostly well preserved (we stayed in standard, not budget room)

The pool was excellent, and I appreciated being allowed to swim late as long as I kept the noise down. Unfortunately, the spa was closed until winter. On a positive note, the breakfast was fantastic.

Everything was perfect.

The location is excellent, situated close to the city center and adjacent to a park. The breakfast offers a diverse selection of good food. Additionally, the swimming pool is of very good quality, with warm water that remains accessible even after sunset until 11 PM. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Quite big room, cleanliness and relative silence. Good free parking, nice outdoor pool. Correct, average breakfast.

It's always hard to find a waiter. But when you don't find them and sit down at a table, he suddenly appears, gets offended and instead of saying hello, instructs you to move to another table. I waited 15 minutes at breakfast to get a normal espresso. Finally, with the help of the very nice receptionist, I got one.
