The natural open air hot water pool was amazing. Imagine swimming in an open pool with water at 90F, when the outside temperature is 20F. Both breakfast and dinner very divers and tasty. Kudos to the chef.

The safe in the room had no instructions attached. The people at the Reception sent somebody who introduced himself as ‘the engineer’. He chose and set a PIN for me. When I wanted to choose my own PIN he became very defensive. It was very awkward. The hotel management should give ‘the engineer’ a basic training in Public Relations.

Everything! The staff is amazing, the food is various, the rooms are very nice, they have even carpet on the floor, thus I didn't need to wear slippers in the room...the most comfortable part is that they are giving bathrobes and the entire day you can room around just in bathrobes....

They are closed between october-april, precisely when is the most needed for this type of hotel (with warm, thermal water) to be OPEN. I would reccomend to them to close in july-august, when everybody is on the sea side, is not thermal water period. When is cold outside and is a pleasure to swim in warm water, they are closing. I cannot understand this mentality.

Very kind staff and medicals. Good meals and beverage. The thermal water was excellent!

The music for entertainment for pool visitors was a little too loud för us after 8 p. m..

-the hotel is quiet and in a quiet area, close to center; -have alot of therapy/treatment options; -good food options at the breakfast and dinner (had halfboard); -quite kind staff;

-they don’t have a….swimming pool. Inner pools were too small , outdoor ones either small or with thermal (36-37 degrees)and too shallow water ; the only good swimming pool is outdoor but filled with cold water, impossible to use when is not warm/hot outside. -no jacuzzi (only some bubbles jets in the pools); -the “gym” was the worst and outdated gym I ever seen… old machines, only few and not functional. -the treatment base and inner pools are not direct connected with the outer pools, you have to change building and floor to commute;

I’ve booked the hotel for my auntie with the balneotherapy package for the 5 nights. She loved her stay , delicious and great variety of food to choose from at breakfast and dinner. She enjoyed the thermal pools and the treatment she received. Great and friendly staff would definitely book for her to stay here again. Great location, bus station opposite hotel taking you to Nufărul bus station for easy access to the city in Oradea and Lotus shopping centre. Close to the heart of băile Felix town centre where you have the shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

There wasn’t anything she didn’t like

The room was nice and clean, they had enough parking spots right at the hotel so parking was not a problem. The bed was big and comfy. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, which was ok depending on what you got. Great pools with thermal water, both outdoor and indoor + sauna. They have a lot of extra paid treatments and massages which are nice.

- The food was acceptable, but some of the options like any kind of pasta or soups were not that great. We served both breakfast and dinner: if you stay more than a couple of days it can become boring so more variation with good options are needed. - Elevators were slow and small: be prepared to wait a bit if you are at higher levels.

The half-board option was very nice, the food was good, not a lot of options, but we managed to find something. The location was also pretty nice, facilities good. The room was nice, clean, with a nice view.

The coffee queue in the morning, but I need coffee before i speak to anyone, so this may be my personal preference 😃. Apart from that, all was really nice .

The whole area is quiet, and we went for relaxation. The staff was very nice, polite, always trying to make you feel good. Room was small, but clean. Towels, bathrobes were clean. The area of the pools was also clean. The choice of food lacks options for people who are on a diet - the food is greasy, oily, high in carbs, or extremely sweet, full of sugars, and there are little to no options if you want to eat low-fat or low-sugar.

More choices of food - I would very much appreciate no-oil/grease food, some simple cereals with no sugar for breakfast, low-carb / low-fat options.

We stayed just for one day to try the thermal pools (inside and outside), sauna and saline (included in the accomodation package). The lunch and dinner were included also, food was delicious, service very good. You have minibar in the room but nearby you will find a minimarket. Parking was offered free of charge. Hotel is very near the city center( not so big city :) ) were you have the beautiful esplanade and restaurants. Very nice to walk around the city.

They did not have veggie milk at breakfast. No iron could be offered not even at request. In the room we had some bugs from outside, maybe the pestcontrol should be done more intense and a antibugs frame at the balcony door will resolve the problem.
