- The location is excellent. The city center is very close. - The apartment itself is very nice and spacious. - We got the parking for free. - The communication with the property management company was excellent. - Hassle-free check-in and check-out; everything is done by electronic access (via code/ PIN).

- Entrance in the underground parking is quite difficult. - The pillows were so hard. I had to sleep without any. - They should be a bit more careful with the cleaning. Overall, it was very good, but when we arrived, we noticed some footsteps (sneakers shape) in the bathroom. Also, one of the face towels was stained (it was definitely washed, as it smelled well, but probably should be removed give that stain). - In the middle of the night (~2 AM) there was an alarm in the building. It took quite a lot of time for someone to fix it. Obviously, was quite hard to fall asleep again therefore we woke up a bit tired.

The apartment is very large, bright and comfortable with all the expected appliances and facilities. It exceeded our expectations. It is located in the city center of Oradea within walking distance from all the major landmarks of the city. Most likely I will rebook this location for my future stays in Oradea.

Nothing to dislike, it was perfect!

We spent a week in one of the apartments and it was perfect. It actually exceeded our expectations. The location is very good, a couple of minutes' walk from the main square. The check-in went smoothly and for an additional small fee the management was accommodating with our late checkout as well. The kitchen is well equipped and so is the bathroom. The bed is comfortable with plenty of pillows. The air-conditioning was efficient, and the temperature was very comfortable in the apartment during July's heatwave. It was very quiet and impressively clean. Lastly, I'd like to congratulate the owners for picking such a good looking, slick design. It is hard to find a better place. We highly recommend it.

Modern boutique hotel in the old town, close enough to the city center. Quiet environment. Pleasant balcony. The contact with the administration through WhatsApp: passwords instead of keys. Good AC, good WiFi, good coffee machine. Elegant bathroom.

There was no lift. There were no places in the underground parking, but close paid parking was possible on the street. No places to hang your washed clothes.

As we were a big group, we have booked all the apartments and all of us were aboslutely amazed! The apartments are very comfortable, luxury and perfectly clean. Everything was perfectly organizes by the owners. Great communication with them - even when we had questions late in the evening - the reply was immediate! The location is great - 5 minutes on foot to the top center. And on the roof - there is an amazing terrace!!!! We highly recommend!!!

The apartments are close to the city center and close to the main attractions, in a quiet area. We've had two apartments on the 1st floor, everything according to the description. As a tip if you travel by car you can park easily on the white places, close to the propert, on Iuliu Maniu street, on the sector from Bd Decebal up to the crossroad with Calvin street.

Nothing in particular, maybe the bed mattress a little too soft for my taste.

The location is perfect you are literally right in the centre of the city! With small kids is great! The accommodation was clean and the bed quite comfy!

It was a strictly non smoking apartment although we could smell someone was smoking there before :(

There was nothing to complain about

Large apartment, close to the city center. Helpful and responsive host. Nice design. Large tv sets (although I think there is a problem with the channel list for the one in the living room, as there was only a small selection of channels compared to the standard set in Romania; the one in the bedroom was fine though) The apartment was clean.

An additional blanket would be welcome as I prefer to cover myself separately from the partner.

Stayed 10-13 Aug 2023 - 200 eur . Central location , spatious , quiet - no car traffic , you can sleep very well . Confortable beds and sofas , all the utilities are in working order , including baby crib . Clean 5/5 star accomodation . It has parking with pay 30 lei (6 eur) / night . Would certainly stay again there next time I visit Oradea .
