From the moment I arrived, the service provided exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff greeted me warmly, Anca made sure my request was handled properly. I love to book the apartment in this hotel because it has a smart and spacious layout. It was clean and beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed. Anca, Cynthia and Simona consistently anticipated my needs before I even voiced them. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already looking forward to my next visit. Spa level has absolutely stunning views and relaxing environment. The hotel is very close to the city centre. Walking distance, really. The staff is very nice and kind. The restaurant at the ground floor is good.

The TV remote control in our room didn't work. The staff really tried to fix it but couldn't. They even changed the TV altogether, but it still didn't work. The window curtain was dirty in our room. And my personal preference - it wasn't dark enough, so i was waking up every morning at 6am because of the light. The rooftop is nice, but underutilised - it has no tables to just sit and have a drink. It only had 1 table, which is weird.

Our brief stay at Ramada Oradea was nothing short of remarkable! Although we spent just one night, the experience was truly memorable. The apartment was extraordinary — spacious, tastefully appointed, and offering a breathtaking panoramic view over the city, especially captivating in the evening lights. We had the unexpected honor of sharing our stay with the Romanian national basketball team, an exciting and unique coincidence that added a special note to our visit. The staff were unfailingly friendly, attentive, and exquisitely detail-oriented, ensuring that every aspect of our short stay was seamless and enjoyable. Even in such a limited time, Ramada Oradea managed to impress us with its blend of comfort, elegance, and warm hospitality. We depart with the certainty that this is a place to which we will gladly return.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel. Everything was beyond my expectations – from the warm welcome at the reception to the excellent service throughout my visit. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, which made my nights restful and refreshing. Every detail was taken care of, and I truly felt at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a flawless experience.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, the breakfast is rich and also suitable for vegetarians. We used the fitness room which has both cardio and strength equipment, all clean and in very good condition. The room is impeccably clean, quiet and wifi works great. The parking place was a nice addition. But the best is feature is the hotel staff, the very welcoming, kind and helpful ladies in the Reception and the restaurant. I only remember the name Anca, but all ladies who were on duty from 20th to 22nd September were great and really added to a great experience.

The food at the restaurant was very very good, all the employees I interacted with were kind, clean room, big TV, comfortable bed. The room is equipped with everything you need. A plus was the fact that the parking was free, but it seemed very crowded, I barely found a place (probably they also park from outside the hotel or the hotel was full).

The bathroom door had a free space between it and the wall. I don't understand if a piece was missing or that's the newer design. The idea is that you could leave the door open, it was the same.

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation. The hotel has its own parking lot. The restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel is fantastic. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. The restaurant staff during breakfast were amazing, cheerful, and we lacked nothing. The room we stayed in was clean and pleasantly spacious for two adults and two children. We will definitely come back here again.

It’s my second stay at Ramada, and most I loved the kindness and nice attitude of the reception staff! I was super tired after early trip, and they offered me an upgrade to the room that was already available (I paid for it, for me was important to already be in the room), and while that one had some issues with the safe box, they offered me to choose and change another room. And also offered me late check out. Very nice of them!

Everything was excellent! The staff at the reception is very professional, kind and helpful and we even got an upgraded room! The beds are very comfy. There is good AC. Parking is outside in the yard and there is plenty of space. The breakfast is very good and it offers plenty of options for vegetarians and they also have a pancake machine. The restaurant and the terrace at the location is very good with excellent food. All in all a very good option close to the center of the city. We will definitely come back again!

Super friendly staff, clean room, spa was excellent, massages we had were superb. We really liked the fitness area, machines, weights, stretch room, towels, and water, all you need for a great workout. Great location, walk 20 -25 min to see all the attractions. We really enjoyed it!
