This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. The room was excellent and we enjoyed getting a chance to relax in the spa at the end of the day. The staff were lovely and the general atmosphere of the hotel is nice. The views you get over the city are beautiful.

We had some problems connecting to the wifi in our room; the receptionist supplied us with a portable wifi which worked fine for a day, but needed to be replaced again the next evening. On our previous stay we did not encounter this problem.

Wow what a great experience. We only stayed for one night and enjoyed it so much we will definitely be back in the future. Reception staff were friendly and helpful (helped us to look for parking) and the breakfast was heathy and delicious. I strongly recommend this hotel

The hotel is quite impressive - it has a futuristic style and keeps it from the reception up to the rooms and bathrooms. There are two restaurants and the meals are delicious. The breakfast is with a lot of choices and quite good. There is a private parking lot, but it happens to be crowded. The stuff is friendly and kindly to help you.

Although is a 4* hotel, it feels a little old and rusted. The walls, the furniture, the doors look overused and scratched. They need to do something with the garbage car which uses to operate at 4:10 in the morning with very heavy noise.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast was really delicious and offering a lot of options. The restaurant at the lowest level of the hotel offers a very delicious food.

The list of prices in the room for the massage service was not up to date, so the real prices were of course higher than on the list.

modern, clean and very comfortable hotel. the rooms very nice, the shower is great. The amazing sunset over the entire city is visible from the rooms and the corridors. Breakfast has also great selection. The spa area is also very nice and open late. Close to the city center.

I liked the modern rooms, we stayed in the executive rooms with the shower in the middle of the room. This type of room is huge and comfortable.

The “spa” area is a joke, the jacuzzi tub was pretty dirty, the gym virtually non-existent. For a 500 ron (with genius discount) room per night I think it is definitely not worth it. The staff seemed pretty bored too.
