Very good breakfast with enough choices, both sweet and salty, cold cuts and cooked food. When arriving we found fruits in the room which was totally unexpected but it was a pleasant and welcomed surprise. The room was clean and so it was the bathroom. We found toiletries and slippers just as mentioned on Booking ( I feel the need to mention it because many hotels although they advertise them as available when arriving at the hotel they are not available). The room had a nice view and it was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was very warm in the room. Not so much of a problem for me but it was for my fiance. The towels were a bit worn out, but again not something that bothered me as long as they were clean.

I had a great experience at Grand Hotel in Târgu Mureș. The conditions were excellent — the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of protein options, which I really appreciated. If you're staying on one of the upper floors, you'll enjoy an exceptional view over the city. Definitely a place I'd recommend for both comfort and quality service.

Everything was fine

Breakfast and location were great for the price of the room. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was spacious. Amenities were good. Although there were a couple of things a bit unpleasant, it seems they are trying to do improvements, as proven by the call we got from the manager to ask for feedback on our stay. All in all it was good value for the price.

Carpet was filthy, although they vacuum, probably it would need a deep cleaning. Towels and bedsheets had a clean smell, but had light persisting stains that didn't come out on the wash. Towels were changed every day, but every time we got at least one with light stains.

The property is in the center , no need to use the car to enjoy the city A plate of fruits on the table in the room let us feel welcome by some hospitable hosts The room was with a view to the City Hall, the Palace of Culture and the Cathedral ( a replica of San Pietro Church in Vatican)

I liked the location, the room, the cleanliness, the breakfast, everything was excellent

During the night it was a little too hot, but I understood that the air conditioning system for the summer season had not been turned on yet.

Everything was very good with one exception: the smell of cooked food. Thank you, definitely when I have plans to visit this area, this hotel will be one of our options.

Very nice personal, especially a waiter at the restaurant! He is so intellegent and nice, we had a pleasure while he was serving our dinner and breakfast! It's rare to see such an attitude. Thanks to him so much! Very big room and nice inside, we expected it to be less convenient and more old, but it appeared to be very nice. Welcome fruits were very nice! We were surprised! :) Very nice view from the room! Amazing during day and night time!

Bad coffee mashine during breakfast time, coffee taste is not okay. Pretty dusty at the room. Ceasar salad is not a Ceasar salad at all :) Better to have a thing that would cover a bath while you are showering, as all the water goes on the floor- very unconvenient. Or better just to have a regular shower.

Very nice staff, very good location and the fact that no matter what problems you may have, the staff will try to help you! A hotel that pleasantly surprised me! Thank you!

For the tea kettle, a socket at its level is needed.

Comfortable room, comfortable bed, large windows, nice view. Pet friendly. Nice lobby, nice area. Coffee was great at breakfast.

Usa băii. The bathroom door. We prefer to have a proper door for privacy.

Breakfast was not diversified enough for my taste: few sweet choices and the cake didn’t seem freshly baked/cut. Again, it is just a personal preference, as the salty part seemed ok. Water was provided 1 bottle a time, (while the service is good and fast to restock)
