- Spacious and comfy room with a vintage themed decor - great view of the surroundings and the lake - plenty of parking space at the property - excellent food at the restaurant

- Some of the room amenities are in need of servicing (door handles for the balcony door and the room door needed replacing) - cleaning seemed to have been done on the main functional areas of the room only (we still found some dust and spider webs gathered in the corners, not much but enough to realize that cleaning was rushed)

The location was amazing! The view was breathtaking, both from the terrace and from the room. Staff was super friendly and accomodating.

Only one vegan option on the menu, and for breakfast there was only one spread. It's listed as having a TV, but it was so small you would need to be right in front of it to watch it.

better than some 4 star hotels we have stayed in, Motel Cincis has great views over the lake and countryside; I think probably the best views of the several hotels on the lake. we booked the villa and this was a great space, two bedrooms and also a living room and kitchen, with a terrace outside. we booked the hotel because we wanted to use a swimming pool - the pool was nice and has great views, too. the restaurant is well designed: tables inside, a covered terrace area and also some tables outside - the food from the restaurant was really good. the service very friendly and helpful.

I liked everything about the property, but would have liked a bigger pool, a gym, some information about getting to the lake or taking a boat out on the lake, and the breakfast was nice but we have had better breakfasts in other hotels.

The Motel has a very nice view from the restaurant terrace over the Cincis Lake. Rooms are renovated and they look very nice and clean.

The management should consider hiring extra staff at the restaurant. Our waiter was very nice but you could tell he was overwhelmed. One waiter has to attend too many tables as the restaurant is always full.

Everything was nice and new, location and view.

Unfortunately the shower dispenser of was completely empty and the mini refrigerator was not cooling enough.

Missing amenities, the staff didn't paid attention to take us the order (neither at the dinner, nor at the lunch), but at least there was a nice lady that came to take care of us.

I loved the view and big window, the design was nice. Good breakfast and energetic stuff.

The bed was old and not comfortable, too much dust on furniture plus the shower cabinet didn't close well and caused water on the bathroom floor afterwards.

We stayed in the vila. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a big livingroom and a nice terrace overlooking the lake. The view from the terrace is fantastic! The apartment is very clean and quiet, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast, which we payed separately, was nice. The personal was attentive and helpful.

Beautiful decor, spectacular location.

The staff seemed stressed and unwelcoming. We were new to the area and arrived there after a stormy day . It would have been nice to have a more friendly staff.

Location is excellent

Food could be better but it was ok. What was not ok- they did some renovation in the middle of our stay and it was noisy so putting asleep a 3 months old baby was a struggle
