The outside jacuzzi was not heating the water properly, the inside jacuzzi was smelling like urine. Food and drink prices are extremely high.

The luxury resort is located in the middle of the Danube Delta and it offers 5 star accommodation and service. We were upgraded (without asking) to a bungalow with direct view onto one of the canals. Big ships were sailing right in front of us. All services and facilities are up to the 5 star level. The food in terms of quality and diversity is incredible, the breakfast is probably one of the best I have experienced. We particularly enjoyed dinners where live music was offered. We even extended our stay by one day. There are 3 outdoor pools and one inside, Super clean and nice. Our kids enjoyed every moment. We will definitely come back. PS: if you are on a budget this may not be the place for you. But you pay for what you get: 5 star so for us it was worth every penny.

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, well kept gardens, lots of pools, good entertainment, very friendly staff, relaxing sun beds

Pools could be cleaner, management should consider introducing more affordable meal plans (e.g. half board, set menus) and expanding the menu to offer more options for lunch and dinner. Boat ride to the hotel should be included in the price of accommodation as it seems over the top to charge for it separately when you spend so much on boarding and accommodation and given there’s limited options to arrive at the resort.

the services and the staff and the food were out of this world

the prices for the trips were very high and you cant take trips with other companies because then you have to pay a fine. 250 eurus.

Resort itself was very modern and very well decorated, you would feel that you are somewhere else rather than in Romania. Boat trip from car park to resort around 25min was very pleasant and interesting. Welcome drink and little tour was good too and as soon as you enter the lobby a very nice smell hit you which was very nice comfortable. Cleanliness and room was very beautiful and spacious with a nice view. Staff was great and very welcoming. Definitely worth a visit if you looking for a spa relaxation or mind switch off from every day rush. Breakfast were very very rich and so many options to choose from base in the country. Overall food was fresh and tasty also well presented. We have enjoyed our stay in there and we would like to say thank you for making our stay pleasant.

Not all restaurants and facilities were open due to season not started. (Understandable from the business perspective)

We liked the resort very much as a family with two kids.Bungalow house was close to the river, jakuzzi in front of the house was fun for my baby,there are many pools we liked the indoor most since it was warm.breakfast is good enough there are many options to choose.many interesting places for children,playground,football field,many things around.staff is very helpful

Only problem was the mosquiotes in the evening(outside) and drinking water.

Perfection! the service was great, the facilities were beyond expectations and a true 5 stars, which is rare to find in Romania, and actually in Europe. The breakfast was sublime, from the wide variety of dishes, to freshness of ingredients, arrangement and the ambience was excellent- live piano and violin at breakfast is all we'd want for the rest of our lives!

I'm sure they'll sort this eventually, but it's impossible to find a plaster in that place, and obviously not easy to go to mainland for it.

Nice location, clean, good food, good facilities...

Too many people of the staff are not Romanians, don't speak romanian. At night, at the reception, there were no Romanians. At the Spa, there is no one that speaks romanian. The lockers in the women's locker were locked and unlocked by a male from the staff.. Actually a man was entering the women's locker while they were changing. In the massage center, again, no one spoke romanian.. Felt like I was in Asia, not in Romanian delta... And the massage was not so amazing as expected...

great location, friendly staff, clean, beautiful grounds, nice breakfast. the Japanese restaurant was lovely and the food was very good.

the wi fi reception was very poor in the bungalows, even outside of the main restaurant. ridiculous for a 5 star. the food was ok but not great- the lebanese restaurant was a slightly higher level than a fast food - not worth the money.

Hotel was very nice, people were very polite and were doing their best to satisfy all our needs. Resort was very well maintained. They have a nice welcoming for the guests (cold towels and champagne). They were very punctual in all the trips they organized. Boats are comfortable and well equipped . They made an upgrade to our room which was a very nice surprise. Breakfast was very very diverse, one of the best breakfast we ever had.

In the inside pool area they used a very strong disinfectant that was affecting the eyes (basically it was making you cry). In May, weather was not so good for outside pools and in the inside pool you couldn’t stay too much due to disinfectant, and that was pretty annoying.
