Large room, good buffet breakfast. Free access to the interior swimming pool, sauna, and fitness room daily from 1 to 9 PM. Good service, bar, restaurant, large public spaces in and around the hotel. Very classy. Very central. The main museums of Art, Ethnography and Natural Sciences with Aquarium are nearby and worth visiting! From the back of the hotel you can easily walk about 15 minutes on the Gloriei street to the Archaeological Park and Museum of Ancient Aegyssus and enjoy a panoramic view of the city of Tulcea and the Danube Delta from the top of the hill with the beautiful Monument of Independence. Excellent location on the Danube promenade, starting point for boat trips to the Danube Delta.

Our room was towards the street and a bit noisy. The beds were too hard for us.

The room was clean and in very convenient location. It had a little balcony and was spacious. A bit noise the second night due to students celebrating. Wish I had worked out how to use the AirCon so I could have shut the window... Only went for the buffet breakfast the once, but it had everything you could want.

The location of the sockets to plug in the kettle was difficult - I had to lie flat on the floor to plug it in... and then there was no cup! So had to try and ask the chambermaid... I should have called down to reception... bit strange that no cup is put in the room but a kettle and coffee is.

The staff at reception were particularly helpful. When I said I was disappointed that on my delta boat trip everything was in Romanian and I didn't learn anything, they pulled out a map of the delta and told me lots of stuff I'd missed. The hotel is right on the waterfront so a good location.

The WiFi was very patchy. In the first room I couldn't get it at all unless I stood in the corridor, so I asked to move to another floor, which they did with no problems. I did get Wifi there, although it did sometimes cut out. The rooms could have had a jug and tea/coffee making facilities.

I stayed here during my trip to the Danube delta, the first room I stayed at was great. The second time I stayed I had more power sockets to charge my devices. The staff is very welcoming and there is a lovely restaurant / cafe terrace down stairs in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was great, had good selection of food.

First room didnt have any useable power sockets for me to be able to charge my devices. I had to unplug the mini fridge to access a socket. They had routers everywhere, but the downside they had low speed. 10-20mb throughout the locations.

Coming back here after a looooong time, knowing services here are peak level. Taking in consideration everything was perfect (i.e. the staff is doing a perfect job), I'd like to emphasize the level of service of the reception. Both ladies were more than helpful kind and supportive, it was quite a pleasure. Restaurant offers a diverse menu a la carte and the breakfast was spot-on! (I actually took two "trips" to the buffet in one go :D ) Great view from the balcony too!

Loved the location, staff really approachable and friendly, and really welcoming. Breakfast was really varied and plentiful. Great views. Bar really comfortable and pleasant place to be in the evening. Room clean and large.

Would have liked more access to information about public transport link. Bus website not up to date, and in Romanian only. Staff had the same wrong information. I appreciate that this information is not needed if in a coach party, or you are travelling by car.

The location is very good - on the banks of the Danube River. The breakfast is very varied and covers different tastes.

When booking, it was stated that parking was available for the car, but in reality it was not available. The hotel has parking spaces that are also used as public parking and very often there are no spaces available.

Perfect hotel in the centre of Tulcea. Room was very warm, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. There is a secure parking which is a plus when You travel by car.

Wi-Fi connection has been a little problem, but after connecting to it the speed was acceptable. Hotel parking is not free, but being the guest of the hotel You pay RON20 per night instead of RON50.

We only stayed one night at the Delta Hotel, but we really enjoyed the apartment, the location, the exceptional view from the balcony. The breakfast was really good, with good variety. The view from the restaurant is great.

A bit more attention to cleaning I would highly appreciate. The hotel has a great potential :-). Maybe in the future will be modernized, just like the Delta 4*.

The rooms are old and basic, but still okay and clean. Nice river views from the balcony. Breakfast had almost everything we needed (except for black tea!). Spa was nice, quite basic, good views from the jacuzzi, the sauna was very good!

There was no furniture on the balcony, we took a table and a chair from the room to be able to sit there. No other trash bin than the one in the bathroom. WiFi did not work well inside the room.
