Nice location near the hills, decent facilities.

The staff didn't care about the working hours in the restaurant, they didn't work according to the schedule that they informed us about. Their general attitude was very careless, we had to wait almost an hour for breakfast and didn't manage to get dinner because they closed they kitchen earlier then we were told.

The pool was clean and the loungers comfortable. Drinks could be bought with cash at the pool bar and in the restaurant you could pay for breakfast (30 lei), coffee, lunch and dinner with card or cash. The prices were decent. The Pizza was good, the breakfast was simple and sufficient. The coffee was good. The terrace in front of our rooms with the big table was nice. Also we had a common fridge in the house. The parking lot is large and free of charge. The view from the pool to the small mountains was very nice. The proximity to the hiking trails was also great. We hiked up Tutuiatu, with a shortened route it took us 2 hours round trip. The hike requires a certain level of fitness. The young service staff were very nice, they spoke some English, which was sufficient for communication.

The double room lacked a mountain view, with only a window facing the hallway and a small bathroom window to the outside. Only the apartments had direct mountain views, contrary to the Booking.com description, which felt misleading. The room was dark (but cool, so almost no air conditioning was needed). The pool was open to the public and crowded by noon, with loud music starting at 10 am, which disturbed our sleep after we wanted to sleep in after a wedding. The bathroom had no outlets for hair styling, and the promised iron was unavailable, forcing us to borrow one from the bride and groom and purchase a hairdryer, complicating our wedding preparations.

The view of the mountains nearby was really nice. The pool was good, nevertheless was also used by people outside the accomodation and got really crowded. The food was ok with good prices. The staff was kind and helpfull. When the pool schedule finished and only people that were staying there remaind, it all looked and felt quite different.

The room was small, not really clean and even though it should have had "mountain view" it only had a small window that led in the hallway of the house, not even outside. They had a pool, but no way of drying your stuff in the room or anywere else. Also, the pictures from Booking seem very old...maybe from their fist year of business...the accomodation does not look like that anymore.

I didn't like anything.

When I arrived in the room it was very cold. Then they turned on the air conditioning. The sauna and the hot tub were not working and are outside the building. A lot of flies in the restaurant and kitchen. I received the information from the reception that all the food is frozen, there is nothing fresh. I was forced to eat dinner faster because the 2 people wanted to go home faster. They didn't start the wood-fired heating plant even though they knew there would be problems due to the snow. After the first night, the electricity went out. From morning until the next day I was in the cold. Luckily I had a sleeping bag with me. No one came, no one called to ask if we were okay, even if the village was blocked because of the snow, the cold. I requested the authorities to come and clear the snow from the street . The lady at the reception said to wait. In the freezer room. The stairs, the alley, the parking lot were not cleared of snow even though the employees were there. What claims should I have for breakfast or something to eat? I looked around the village for some food. After the road was opened, I went to another guesthouse. I do not recommend!
