Loved the location, the friendliness of the staff and the size of the room. I was pleasantly surprised that even though the room was facing the busy boulevard, the outside noise was not felt into the room and we were able to enjoy our stay.

It's not a full dislike, but no matter how hard we tried during our stay to change the setting of the A/C that was either "full blast" or "off". While it was on it made a noticeable noise while cooling the room really fast. We chose to turn it off and back on when necessary, instead of letting it turn on automatically.

The food was outstanding and with reasonable prices. The staff at the restaurant was amazing, Ms Fiorina and Ms Manuela along with Ms Silva their friendly attitudes made every meal great. Front desk staff was always attentive to all requests and fix within minutes any issues.

The 100 lei minimum for room service, their portion size was good and the taste was great, it sometimes I found myself having to order one more item just to meet the minimum requirement.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Nothing to complain.

The Vega Hotel is located in an easily accessible location with great food right across the street along the river. The hotel is very clean and the air conditioning is wonderful (For US travelers, finding a hotel room that cools the entire room is difficult at times). The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good also.

There isn’t much parking on the property, but it was easy to find parking across the street.

The lady in reception wasn’t very nice and welcoming. We had a little argument about the booking. She was trying to make us book something superior. The air conditioning is not working properly! It was very hot during the night! The shower is very weird and painful. It is not adjustable. (the water has too much pressure)

Fairly large and clean room, snow white sheets on the bed, very comfortable.

Arrived around 21:45, I was told I could have dinner in the hotel restaurant. I literally got my food warmed up in the microwave oven (mashed potatoes and a duck leg). On top they applied some fresh plating, but the taste of mashed potatoes warmed up in microwave for me is unforgettable (I've eaten it many times in my youth:). Ugly!

Very cosy room , comfortable, near to the Danube promenade and close to the center area. Stuff was very polite and helpful. Good breakfast .

Breakfast juice can be improved to a natural or at least a better one .

It is a good hotel with nice facilities. What makes this hotel really stand out is that everything is exactly how it should be. Every light works, every chair is comfortable, the shower works and the bathtub works and the electrical outlets all work. And the staff are so very friendly. I have stayed in hotels that cost 10x more but did not make me feel as comfortable and happy. And the food is outstanding.

Second time I’ve stayed in 8 weeks, I love it.

Breakfast selection could be a little wider, but the breakfast room and service inc cleanliness is excellent.
