Location: It is quite close to some nice pubs, and the main museums of the city. Staff: They were very helpful and kind. They promptly answered my requests. Breakfast: It was one of the best I had throughout the Balkans. You have 6 options that are lavish. Room: It was big, bright and tidy. It was also quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom: The toilet flushed properly and the shower cabin was of an appropriate size. There was always hot water available.

Nothing to complain about!

In a good location on a quiet street between the station and the city. Both could be reached in fifteen minutes on foot. The bed was very comfortable and there was an excellent traditional Romanian restaurant just down the street.

the shower arrangements were unusual in that it was over bath but with a curtain or screen so it was easy to flood the bathroom whilst taking a shower

I liked the style of the rooms and of the building itself. Also, the welcoming staff is a bonus.

Some of the sockets were not completely fixed on the wall. Also, the fridge was a bit noisy in the night, as well as the ventilator from the toilet. Other than that, I really liked this place. It was very close to the Cathedral, where we could go on the Ressurection night.

The atmosphere was pleasant, with welcoming staff. In the courtyard shared with the hotel there is a pizzeria that also serves burgers (they were brilliant). Quiet area, very warm room, in our room there is also an electric heater, probably for times when there are problems with the heating system, which I found very nice to have, but we did not need to use it. Considering that I had the train back at a time when I couldn't serve breakfast, I was asked if they could still prepare my breakfast to take away to serve later on the train. I wasn't expecting this, I was very excited by the idea and thank you for this, it was really delicious.

A very nice hotel close to the center of the city, with very friendly staff. The room was very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. The food and drinks at the restaurant were great. The breakfast is cooked upon request and is quite hearty.

Although delicious, I wish the breakfast had a little more vegetables.

Great big room with enough space for family with children. Comfortable parking in yard. Delicious breakfast. TV has a lot of sport channels, that is a rarity nowadays

Payment was only buy cash in local currency. So we needed to go to the nearest ATM to get cash, which was more than 1 km. We were 2 adults with 2 children. Breakfast was included. During the breakfast we ordered 3 ones for all of us. In the end of eating waitress told that we have to pay for 3rd breakfast, because we had included only 2 for free. I think she had to aware us about additional payment before she accepted an order

Interesting furniture, clean laundry and spacious room and bathroom, great breakfast with an intricately designed restaurant.

I only spent a few hours here as I arrived extremely late and left extremely early, but this leads to the main thing: there was someone at the desk waiting at 2:30 am. They also helped me order a taxi in the morning and were very friendly and spoke many languages. The room itself was fine and had a bath which was nice; the bed was big; the decor was a little dated, but overall the hotel was fine and value-for-money.

Decor was a little dated, but I wouldn't overstate it. Hotel was good.
