Everything was overwhelmingly positive. The staff were incredibly respectful and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere in the lobby is charming, creating a perfect first impression. Our room was immaculately clean, and the facilities worked flawlessly throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the varied and delicious breakfast options. The outdoor pool area was a highlight, offering a relaxing retreat, as was the enjoyable experience in the thermal pool indoors. However, the unavailability of the spa area due to renovations was a disappointment, as we were looking forward to that aspect of our stay. Also, the dinner at the hotel restaurant was delightful. Another plus was the free and spacious parking, very convenient. We would gladly return once the spa renovations are complete, hoping for an even more perfect stay next time.

The surrounding area lacks activities or attractions, limiting options for outside exploration.

Not that i didnt like, but it would be easier with more info about opening hours for the pools et al Somehow upon check-in the staff didnt provide us the info about breakfast time and location, not the working hours for the pools. Also a small inconvenience is that the passage cannt be used when passing from the outdoor pools back to the hotel. These are small details, of course. But picky chosers pay attention even to this :))

I loved the spa, the treatments, the staff, everything was very clean and comfortable. I appreciate the sustainability behind the business: the Salt Lake is being filled with water from the Danube after each summer season to prevent the lake from drying up, which was an imminent risk before this resort brought an upgrade in the area. A lovely place just 2,5 hrs from Bucharest by car. Sauna, salt water pool, regular pool, all great even if a bit small.

Some of the rooms are in a refurbished communist hotel meaning they are very, very small. Nevertheless, comfortable. In the summer it can get very loud from the beach parties around the lake. Breakfast was below expectations with a narrow selection, mediocre coffee, you can only get an omelette and no eggs sunny side up because they use a pre-made omelette mix.

This hotel is perfect, not too big nor too small, which made everything closeby. The pool is nig with a big kids pool, we spent the whole day there eith no one getting bored. The staff, especially Felicia, were so helpful in finding us the right room as I had booked the wrong room online. I loved the size of the room, it was very spacious for a family of 5! The value for money is also amazing, in other parts of Europe we would pay much more for this hotel than what we paid. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this hotel!!

I was told to leave the spa 12 minutes before closing, which was a breach of expectations after the info I had been receiving as I arrived late. The bathroom in the room smelled a little rotten/wetness damage, and the shower by the indoor pool as well. The sauna is not hot enough.

The hotel looks like new. This is because it was opened around 2 years ago. The hotel specializes in the health and beauty industry. Therefore, for those who need some kind of wellness treatments of a wide range, then this is the place for you. Our goal was to take a car ride, escape the city for one night and see another area of ​​Romania. The hotel is located near a lake, where you perhaps can even swim during the season. The hotel is quite, not too many guests at the time of our stay. The breakfast was ok. We used indoor swimming pool and sauna. Taking into account that the hotel has many rooms, indoor swimming pool can be very small to accomodate everyone (until the outdoor pool is opened).

Another purpose of our trip to this hotel was the outdoor pool and small water park. Unfortunately, they weren't open yet, but Booking.com listed these two attractions as "available during your visit." Our children were disappointed. But it's not the hotel's fault, but Booking.com's. Next time I will double check such things with the hotel directly before booking. Also, you have to ask to turn on the sauna (i agree with this approach to save the energy consumption), but after we asked twice, no one from the staff to show up during 30 minutes, so we left.

The place is modern, newly renovated, clean and tidy. The staff is friendly, willing to comunicate and improve. Spa area very atractive and cozy. Friendly and profesional massage staff. Very comfy mattress and pillows. All in all, a pleasant experience. so, we highly recommend it.

Great locaiton for Lacu Sarat. It;s clean and new and the service was great.

Although the hotel is new, it's far from being a 5 star hotel when there is barely enough room to breath in the tiny rooms. It's clean, the service was great- but we had mosquitos in the room and the smart lighting was difficult to operate. We wished they invested into more insect repellent! the breakfast was far from being a 5 start hotel.

AC don't work sufficiently. Very noisy while sleeping. Very thick blankets for the summer. The carpet in the room has some stains. No cleaning in the room after clicking the button for cleaning.
