Love the property i stay here because its close to my mother’s house when i come visit her. Location is great for me and good value for money i hope it stay this way. Receptionist the blonde girl I met on my last stay was very nice and helpful , and at night the young man as well very nice.

First I wish the ladies with the cleaning did a better job with wiping the coffee tables ( I stayed on 2 different occasion so far this summer and both times tables had coffee dropped on the side that was missed and not cleaned) paying more attention to this details matter to many people I work in the industry and I speak out of experience here. The kettles need descaling all and the recipient you out water in the coffee machines the same and cleaning better, I had to buy my own as I couldn’t use any of them both times I stayed this summer so I hope that gets sorted and improves as I like the place and location and would like to be able to come and stay again in the near future. Management please look in to it 🙏🏻

We stayed overnight at this hotel in a three-bed room and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The crisp white bed linens, spacious bathroom, friendly staff, and delicious, reasonably priced breakfasts exceeded our expectations. After checking out, we realized we had left some personal belongings in the room. When we contacted the hotel three days later, we were delighted to find that all of our items had been safely kept for us. Thank you very much for the excellent service!

The room was really nice though the bed could have been a bit more comfy. But for the money, it was really worth it. I liked also the design, it was very cute and quite clean. Also the street did not seem very noisy to me, even though I has a window facing it.

I got there before the reception was supposed to close officially (as listed on booking) and I rushed quite a bit to get there because there was no communication from the property about how I could get the key if I didn't make it on time. Despite my hurry and getting there on time, at the reception there was no one waiting. Just the key left on the counter. In the morning, I could also not find any staff downstairs to check if they needed my ID or if everything was ok with the payment. There was no water bottles provided in the room, and I did not know if tap water was drinkable since there was no sign saying so.

The photos, nor the description do do this hotel justice. This is a boutique hotel. When we arrived most of the doors on the floor below were open and I had a peek. Each room was a delight. Each different. We were in two bedroom apartment and it was massive. The bathrooms were lovely as was all the decor. There were two A/C units in the living room, as well as one in each bedroom and I have never seen that many sockets available anywhere. I couldn’t believe the value for money compared to our last hotel or that we were allow to stay for just one night. It’s a huge place to prepare for just one night stay at such a low price. They might adjust that policy as they did seem surprised we were staying only one night. This would make a brilliant base for someone working in this city and the wifi is certainly up to the job.

I’m guessing the only reason this hotel doesn’t have a 4 star rating is because there isn’t a lift. Our apartment was on the 4th floor so I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with mobility issue. Otherwise I can’t fault it all all. We were just disappointed we could stay longer.

It is a nice small hotel on a crossroad of Galati above a car wash. However, being on the 3rd floor, we did not hear any noises from the outside.

For some people it might be a problem that 1. there is no elevator. So you must carry your luggage on the relatively narrow stairs. And 2. these stairs do not have any stair-rails which might make going down for some people a little risky. 3. On this particular evening and the next morning one could not buy any water. They had just run out of it.

Very clean. The only uncomfortable thing was that my booking said 3 single beds, but we got a room with one double bed and a sofa. The sofa had no linen, so I had to go and ask for it. However it was solved quickly. The shower is dangerously slippery, but clean.

Nice staff, wonderful decorated room, clean and modern.

The walls are incredibly thin. You can hear the thoughts of the people from the other rooms. 😊 Now, really, you can easily hear sounds from rooms even from other floors. Also there were some renovations taking place, without much concern for the hours involved. Better to skip breakfast.

Two bathrooms, interesting interior design, soft armchairs

There was no sink in the kitchen so we had to wash the dishes in the bathroom. The building was five stories high but there was no elevator and it was not easy to lift heavy luggage up the stairs.

Big rooms clean, AC, modern looking

If you want to go to bed in the weekend before 23 00 and you are sensible to noise you wont sleep. There is a club down stairs and restaurant for parties at the 1st floor

Friendly manager.Location is good enough.Room is equipped with modern "Dolce Gusto" coffee machine. Cartridges for it provided. Clean and nice interior.

Air conditioner is weak.It was not enough to cool the room down to the comfortable temperature.
