Very polite and friendly staff, good location (quiet street), walkable from the centre or in any case a very short and cheap taxi ride to get there. It's obvious that some serious money went into refurbishing the building and overall it was done in good taste. It still smelled of new during our stay. Breakfast was very good and as a nice touch the chef personally comes to ask if you'd like anything made to order - try the cheese omelette! Overall it's a great hotel for anywhere in the world and especially an amazing hotel for Galați and I sincerely hope that the current high standards never start going downhill in time.

Too hot in all the communal areas, even in the middle of December. The massage in the basement (spa) area was made a bit less enjoyable because it was just so warm. The poor masseuse was sweating hard for a whole hour (she was good though). Slight issue with the layout of the bathroom, it's impossible not to spill water from the shower no matter how careful. The TV didn't work properly despite it turning on. Not a dealbreaker as such and I did appreciate the staff that after numerous attempts to fix it they apologised for the inconvenience.

Something wrong with personsl on reception. 1. I was told that “double room” is really single, but its OK, I can live there with my wife. 2. On check out they try to take from me payment for the roos, but they was paid via booking upfront. And such 2 times… To be honest it was not chitting, but some not understanding of English

I was extremely surprised - I’ve never expected such a hotel for such a price. As I’m travelling across entire Romania - for this price this is one I’ve the best looking hotels in entire RO. Place is amazing, rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Super clean, great design, very good breakfast. It was a pleasure to stay there. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely modern hotel, comfortable rooms. The spa had great potential to be something special. It was very quiet and good value for money. We would definitely stay here again.

The hidden costs with the spa. We were not informed we had to pay for using the spa until we checked out. We had no problem to pay as the hotel was already good value but it should be made clear when booking the spa. Also the steam room was cold and no drinking water was available in the spa.

The hotel looks to be brand new. The cleanness is pefect. The stuff is very friendly and welcoming. Everything you need is there. The breakfast was also exactly what you need: good coffee, good drinks, small fridge with yogurts and stuff, fruits, some delicious deserts. For me it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely come back here.

The smell of the towels and sheets. The only improvement I can suggest for this hotel is that they can add some aroma diffusers in the room and change the smell of the sheets. That's all.

A very good, clean hotel with polite and helpful staff. A spacious room, convenient parking, very good breakfast and dinner. Especially I want to thank the ladies who served us during the dinner because although we arrived for dinner just before 8 o'clock that the restaurant was closing, they served us a delicious dinner.

Perfect place which worth every penny. Very flexible customer services. In my case I used to order a food before arrival because I expected to be late and that time restaurant is closed. My order was accepted and executed. Additionally I requested for parking and again staff said that they will manage that thing. At the front desk, staff found well dressed, pleasant, respectful and fluently speaking English. Rooms are very clear, new, well designed and arranged therefore very comfortable. Recommend for comfortable and quiet staying.

Water pressure in the shower is little weaker than I had hoped for. Hotel location is not in the main road so you need to walk a little to go to main street / shops area.
