Hotel located on the border between industrial and living area of the city Tulcea. It’s located on Main Street heading to the city center. Walking 1-1.5 km by well renovated street you will get center in 30 min. Regarding hotel: room is clean. Air conditioner (central) not well working. Due to this I’m not use it. Keeps open windows, mosquitoes net available. Reception on the first floor , but nobody there. Go to the 3rd floor Sky Bar, they will provide you room. Room door keyless. Using pin code. Code simple, very clear to understand code from another room. Safe is not available, so most valuable things I keep in my backpack and carry with me. During my stay no any party (weddings or other) has been, so it was quite in the room. Room are on the 2nd floor. On 3rd floor Sky bar (see my evaluation). On the 1st floor roundball for wedding party. Personnel is very friendly and polite. Knowledge of the English language on the very minimum level. To avoid misunderstanding I’m using translator in my phone. Generally all good.

Poor breakfast, no options. Also strange location, kind of scary in the evening.

Friendly, helpful staff helped us with arranging a boat tour in the Delta.

No front-desk, got confused about how to check in, had to call someone to get room lock codes. AC in the room not working. Noises throughout the night kept waking us -- a lot of furniture being moved, power tools and hammering after midnight and again at 6am.

The room was clean.

Noise, noise, noise... all the rooms are on the 2nd floor. The restaurant is upstairs and the ballroom is downstairs. From upstairs you could hear the constant rattling of chairs and music and from downstairs music and bass until 3 in the morning

the price is ok

very noisy, until 12 pm was a huge party next door and the walls were not sound proof, and the gentelmen receptionist was rude and almost fight because i wanted to pay at arrival but he wasn’t there so he told me over the phone that i can pay tomorrow between 8am and 8 pm, i fail to mention that i will leave at 7am and come back later in the day, he didn’t like that obviously since he argued that is my fault why I didn’t pay at arrival or next morning .
