I wanted to share my experience at the property. The location is great, close to the most exciting places in the city. I particularly liked that breakfast is served on the top floor, offering a fantastic panoramic view of the city. The food variety exceeded my expectations for a serviced apartment. The rooms are clean and fully furnished and offer great views of the city. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. One thing I hope for is that the property maintains the cleanliness of rooms and other areas in the future, as some similar properties don't. But from what I saw, they are doing a great job.

The mini bar was empty (there was no chocolate or soft drinks), which was not a big deal but a great plus if it were there.

The room is very spacious and clean. The quality of furniture and amenities was superb. The location is next to King Faisal University. There are a lot of free parking in the hotel area. The place is not crowded at all. A lot of eateries such as popular food outlets and restaurants are nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We did not book any breakfast, but surprisingly, we were offered complimentary breakfast for our two-day stay. Thank you to the Hotel for this complimentary offer. The breakfast was really very good with a wide range of hot cooked options. We will certainly return to this hotel if we revisit Hofuf.

The Wi-fi was very weak in our apartment because our apartment was probably at the back of the hotel. However, the Wifi in the lounge area, hotel restaurant and other locations in the hotel was excellent.

We spent one night at the hotel with friends to come to visit Hofuf. The rooms were really nice and clean. The location of the hotel is perfect and quite near to all the touristic attractions We had two small suites with kitchen with everything needed to have coffee or to prepare something to eat for people that would need to. The bathroom was a good size with a shower We were particularly impressed by the breakfast in the morning. There was such a wide range of choice, fresh juices, good coffee, fruits, eggs etc... Everything was well displayed, extremely tasty and of a high quality. The breakfast room is on the last floor (11th or 12th) and offers an amazing view of the city The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful (they helped us to find a restaurant in the city to eat the first night) We would definitely recommend the hotel for a city trip

We didn't use the gym or the swimming pool

The hotel is clean, well mantained and the breakfast is good. The staff challenges at times with English, therefore, you either should look for someone with good english, or ensure that what you are asking is understood correctly. The rooms are like mini apartments includingin also washing machine, microwave, iron, etc. The loby area is quite nice. There are plenty of nice bars and restorants in the area, including several fastfood brands, however, quite distant from the center of the city or any big shopping center.

The restorant was serving only breakfast. It is not possible to have lunch or dinner at hotel restaurant. There is no menu on sight at the loby bar, so you have to strugle with the waiter to understand the order and price.

I did not like the payment process through booking.com, Payment should be done at the time of check in not in booking.com app. I faced a big problem that i stayed for 2 days but I booked for 3 nights. I did not get 3rd night refund from booking.com till now and i don;

I've paid through booking with an extra bed; however, I was charged again at front desk for the extra bed. Also, they wanted me to pay for the whole stay which I already paid through booking. Back and forth until I convinced and showed them proof that I have paid for the room... however they did not believe that I have paid for the extra bed... proof of extra bed is here in booking.

I visited this Hotel for one time and i already did my second reservation and I really liked it because it was very clean, things were organised, and all the staff were friendly and accommodating. A very good place to relax and to meet my friends in Al-hasa. I would highly recommend it, and I would like to thank Mr. Othman Al-Mulhim for his professionally and all staff too.

we had two adjoining suite rooms with our teenage daughter which made it so much easier! my daughter used a wheelchair and the staff could not have been more helpful! Breakfast was a fantastic choice and I admit I had the delicious waffles with chocolate sauce three days in a row they were so good! my family tried out many of the other breakfast items and were really happy with it. the view from the restaurant is amazing! the place is super clean! we had an issue with the aircon the first night, and when we reported it in the morning it was dealt with immediately. the rooms are lovely and the bed was so comfortable! my daughter has problems sleeping usually and she had the best nights sleep in the last two years! the shower was good and powerful. plentiful toiletries. lovely reception. easy parking outside (and there is basement parking which we didn’t use). super helpful staff in reception, housekeeping, and restaurant, and security! oh and lovely quiet rooms! soooo peaceful! (and fully equipped!). we’ve previously stated at the Intercontinental but I’d choose this hotel again in a heartbeat instead!

Absolutely everything:great Location (all is around you walking distance to restaurants, fast food..), room size & facilities, breakfast (with even fresh orange machine ) Reception people are making you feeling they are happy to see you Despite not having breakfast option in booking, they offered it free for me and my family
