they reserve the cost from my visa twice, when booking and when arrived at the facility. Normally, when reserved the cost at booking a transaction number will be generated from Visa. the same transaction number shall be used when checked in. i have inforemed the reciption when checked in to not double the transactions and no insurance cost shall be deducted from my visa and he confirmed. but after leaving the hotel a found full amount was still in reserve mode in visa which prevent me from using the amount for at least two weeks. hope to expidite the return process

All staff there were ready to help ,, it's good for you to have them,,I would like to thank some of them: Saifulislam "the housekeeper" Chan "the waiter" And there is some one in the restaurant I forgot his name he did very well also

I am sorry about that,, the meals I had from the restaurant was not good one time it was too salty,, the other time was not about the food,but because of the chef there ,, maybe he was not ready to serve

I had a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, one minor drawback was the location. The hotel is a bit far from the Qaisariya market and the city center, which might be inconvenient for those wanting to be in the heart of the action.

Everything was extremely clean, new and working condition. All necessary items were already there. Didn’t had to call staff to bring stuff like iron table or prayer mat or Quran. Well stuffed with tooth brushes razer etc. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay because of the friendly and helpful staff from reception to the restaurant

Nothing at all but recent road work just before had to make us take longer routes but this not in their control and will resolve in recent future and actually it is conveniently located on the way from Riyadh

This 4 stars Hotel deserve 5 stars actully,I love it very much,I came with my son for a trip in Al Ahsa and to visit relatives the thing I notice about it is the rate is high,I really wish they low down the price special for retired people like me because I am a retired General Next time if I com to AhHafof it will be أن شاء الله the hotel I will stay in Thank you very very much for such nice place with nice staff General. The price

Luxurious room design and furniture. Good room size. The staff were nice and helpful. New and clean facility. Complete bathroom amenities. Check in and out process was fast/easy.

The price was too high/unattractive. I couldn't find free coffee in the room. There was a coffee machine and capsules in the mini bar but not free. I couldn't make tea either because there was no kettle. Very poor window insulation as I could hear the road noise and traffic clearly inside, it's a pity for such a lovely/new hotel. Maybe it is best to avoid rooms looking over the main road.

Clean, big room, excellent breakfast special the egyption chef, at the buffet.

The house keeping normally in 4 stars hotel, do the turn over for the room at midday, when I ask the guy how is responsible for my floor, he told me That only have one time cleaning, it’s not cleaning it’s something like adding more water or tea bags , making the bed . But it’s seen to be they are missing this .

i wish i had enough time to explore the facility, i was so tired i slept most of the time, I’m sure the facilities available are as the same standard as the room and reception which was magnificent, staff were very friendly and hospitality was above expectations, i didn’t feel nothing but comfortable during my stay. politeness in every single person around. I can’t name any one precisely but all stuff were amazing and very helpful. diffidently will be my stay next time I reach the city again. all regards to everyone in this property.

The hotel is very nice, and the rooms are super comfortable. However, the mattress would be nicer with more padding. The lighting is great, but mood lighting or a dimmer control would enhance the experience. The hallways to the rooms are pretty long, so I suggest adding more elevators. I am also looking forward to the opening of the lounge and the spa.

friendly welcoming staff, very spacious room with all luxury requirements, good breakfast thanks to the Egyptian chef who took extra good care of us with his authentic oriental dishes costumed to our preferences, we would defiantly choose braira al Ahsa on our next visit!!
