I like the staff behaviour and professionalism in their work. Ms. Reem in the reception was very helpful and fast to check out and in. Also Mr. Saleh was very kind. It is the best place to live in Al Gassim.

The rooms and the facilities are outstanding. I find it difficult to find rooms at that quality even in 5* hotels around the country. It could be because the hotel is still 4 months old. I hope they will continue on the same standard

There was noise from the central ac units. The pillows were not comfortable. I received multiple calls from the staff to confirm the check-out time. The first call was at 7am!

This is not a 4 star hotel. This is a 7 star hotel

Food menu should have arabic and saudi dishes like Kabsah and bryani .. etc.

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service special to Ms Mounira for your hospitality and great service.. Highly recommendable hotel.

One woman receptionist was un friendly and Politeness speaking. The breakfast was very limited
