The check-in process was sooth & friendly, specially Ms. Jumanah, she was very helpful, kind and with big smile always, she made our stay even better, the hotel is perfect for short getting away from home, its very near to Yaam beach and the walk, the hotel is super clean, very comfy and quiet , highly recommended for families who want some time away from their city, got also anniversary package (cake & rosses) its worth the value ,,, Thank you :)

Nothing in general, just as a recommendation, the breakfast could be better with more selection, also a swimming pool and fitness club could be a good addition to this hotel.

They let us checked-in early and checked-out late free of charge + you can feel the luxury all over the hotel (specially the loby and the back and front yard) + the beds are extremely comfortable + the floor to ceiling windows are amazing + the gym is very luxurious and efficient.

The kitchen was dirty + the curtains needs maintenance + the sofa had stains + there is no swimming pool + no direct access to the beach.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The service was exceptional, and the facilities were well-maintained. One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the variety of breakfast options. Clean, spacious, and comfy.

The hotel refused to change reservation dates twice although they had availability on the proposed dates at the same rate. The swimming pool is approximately 1 KM away which is a shared facility with By La Sun hotel. Overall, the hotel is overvalued in relation to the amenities offered.

the hotel offers a large rooms and quite stay. i recommend it for the families whos looking for less activities for their kids. for the cupels i totally recommend it. this sentence is to have the excellent reply :)

No activities in the hotel such as balling or cinema. only a swimming pool and pleasant gym. soundproof between the rooms are bad. you can heat some noise from the neighbors. this sentence is to have the excellent reply :)

Everything from check out to the view to the staff to cleanliness to the parking. I forgot my keys there in the safe box and they called me then they sent to me (Mr Ramy) to my place So I really appreciated so much

Great views, the hotel was closer to the beach walk than Bay la Sun so we didn't use the car much The room had a functional kitchen which we used a lot, Quick response from staff

Not very spacious, no free access to the private beach just outside the hotel One of the room control panels was not working

The room had met expectation, the location and amenities are outstanding, the proximity to yam beach was a beautiful bonus, most certainly we will return to views in the future
