The hotel in general is very clean and excellent, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, very beautiful remarkable place for a holiday. The staffs are always friendly and ready to offer any kind of help willingly. especially one MR. Faisal at the front desk, very good and humble gentleman.

There is nothing bad in this hotel. But i will only advise the management to make the dinner buffet also, just like the breakfast. but the whole experience was fantastic.

The staff was very cooperative. Was warmly welcomed by Mr.Mohammed Al-Shamary. I had requested for an ergonomic pillow and was surprised to know that the GM Mr. Dia personally checks the customer requests and help them out. He promised to provide this and the next day i was surprised that they brought it to me. I am grateful for all the staff at the hotel. Basement Parking was available too. F&B manager was also present in the restaurant all the time during breakfast and was taking care of customers in a very professional manner.

The number is rooms need to be increased as the hotel team is excellent and can handle more customers in a satisfactory manner

It is an excellent place to stay, but not as good as you are paying for such a price, as the rooms are a bit average, nothing special. However, food and service were excellent. Breakfast was also very good

What's pissed me off is they are claiming to have an SPA and a gym. My check-in time was around 10 pm, and I asked the receptionist if the gym was open. She was told that it's available from 9 am to 9 pm I went to their health club the following day, and it appeared to be open from 1 pm to 1 am. So, I literally haven't been able to proceed.

This was our third stay in Braira and it always provides a good value for money. The frontline staff was again very kind and helpful!

This time we had trouble with the hot water in the bath. The pressure was coming and going in the shower and no hot water in the bath tub. Also due water pressure the water was not reaching the tub it was going on the floor.

Very friendly staff and great lobby to work during the stay. The areas there are isolated and you can work and have calls quietly. Pool reservation for women is outstanding, I swam there alone and nobody disturbed me. Many thanks to the manager, all requests were met great. Housekeeping lady was so nice and friendly as well, even so she doesn't know English but she did everything and beyond to get me what I need.

Shisha downstairs doesn't meet your expectations if you're a tourist :) Actually, it's general in Riyadh that they don't have nice shisha (if you know what Russian shisha is).

The Environment is friendly and quite. The staff are nice. Mohammed at the reception and another brother are so nice and helpful. I'd like to recommend to reach them for booking. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is great, dinner(though no buffet but only by menu) is nice. There is a supermarket and petrol station next to the hotel.

the 2nd-floor rooms have a smell of cigarette smoke. location is about 30min to downtown.

Very polite and helpful staff. Very clean and neat hotel. Smells nice everywhere. Our room was spacious ( larger than the standard one). Large size bathroom with a bathtub and a good size walk-in shower. Two comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of services around the hotel. Available basement parking.

The drain in the shower was slow in removing water.

I didn’t receive exceptional service , I believe it was a part of their core values . The service matters always paying attention to detail. Although there was a language barrier all attempts were made to met our needs.

Nothing all staff were courteous,professional and attentive to our needs.

We stayed for 3 days it was great, facilities were nice And staff is very helpful.

We had an issue with showers and bathtub hot water which is the water was very rusty and dirty in the beginning of opening the taps and tends to run out of hot water very soon Other than that everything was clean and good
