This is 1 BHK apartment. I didn't know it at first. We ordered 2 rooms and they gave us 2 rooms next to each other with connecting door. So we have 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms. The bedroom is big. It has 1 king-size bed, but the big space of the room is possible to put 2 beds there. Electric socket is 3 holes, UK type. Car parking is available underground. The hotel has 3 towers, a restaurant in the middle tower (G floor), and our rooms in another tower

Heating mode in AC seems not working. Need to put more electric socket in living room as well. In the room, some electric socket doesn't work. I was asking if extra room available for my friend, they said all full. But i was in the middle of my sleep around 23:00, receptionist called me to inform that there is a vacant room. next time please don't call customer after 21:00

I had an amazing 4-week stay at the property! The value for money is unbeatable and the rooms are clean and tidy. Plus, the staff is super friendly!. The breakfast is something the hotel can work on. the major scope of improvement.

The morning breakfast was quite disappointing. I found it to be subpar and monotonous. Although there was an egg station, the quality was lacking. At times, the coleslaw and mortadella salads were not fresh and seemed slimy. Moreover, the tables were not cleaned on time. This was the only aspect that took away from an otherwise positive hotel experience.

The rooms are spacious. Furthermore, the beds are comfy. The staff are helpful and very welcoming. The location is also good. All the necessary grocery staff and food are available. There are parking available both streetside and underground parking.

There are no big negatives about this hotel. However, a few things can be improved. The AC is a bit noisy. It should be quiet. The breakfast options are not bad but the area is a bit small which can be crowded depending on the time. Also, you have to be early otherwise many times can be gone by that time. The hose pipe position in the toilet is not comfortable; should be right side and sometimes there is a water leakage which can make the floor watery.

It's clean, a good size - very economical - perfectly decent for functional travel - but when I come with my wife, I will avoid it because it's just a little run down, a few too many ring stains on the tables and sofas - things that I don't care about but she will hate. The staff are really friendly (it's my fault I don't speak Arabic, but they also do not speak English).

Furniture and carpets are a little tatty

Staff helpful, Amazing Egyptian Breakfast and proximity to the Airport. More convenient for short stays for professionals. Good value for money.

Some furniture needs renovation. Small fridge is not cooling enough in the room I stayed in. Some rooms have small TV units like my first one others have big ones like my second one when I extended my stay.

It's like a motel, but a quality one. The room is actually a small suite with two rooms, bathroom and kitchen which makes everything very comfortable. I could sleep, I could work, it was super. Breakfast is really good for a motel-style place. It has every facility you would need, internet is great.

The only problem which is bad is the smell in the bathroom. Otherwise the furniture and things are not the newest, there are many usage marks, but if you don't mind that, the place is almost perfect.

The property exceed my expectations. Cleanliness has no match, very comfortable bed, superior breakfast, and the best thing I liked was the availability of smart TV in the room with fast speed internet.

SMART TV and clealiness was the best things to have. The facility is surrounded by commercial activities on walking distance.

Very friendly and supportive staff, good ambiance. V stayed and one bedroom apartment with my two babies and it was really spacious, best part was my babies enjoyed their time having fun.

Nothing to unlike, but can add little variety to breakfast. Even though current breakfast was delicious and the foul tasted awesome but little variety will make breakfast best..

Very clean property. Check in was fast. Beds are comfortable. Roome are spacious. Located in the calm neighborhood of Ishbillia. Nearby you have mosques, Bukhari and Indian restaurants, Al Baik, and Atyaf Mall, which has a Lulu Hypermarket. Breakfast was Arabic but very tasty. Overall a great stay and good value for money.

Carpets could be cleaner.

Good infrastructure. The reception ladies are very polite and customer oriented.

The male receptionist who works in the afternoon time is shouting wiith customers. He was saying no room even after i booked early and have confirmation number. The breakfast was pathetic.
