Your front office and service staff were amazing. They went above and beyond in all ways to make sure we were taken care off. Your receptionist Basem and your head of room cleaning were amazing.

Maybe if you had a better pool area :)

The rooms are super spacious and very clean and well maintained by Mr. Joseph, the Housekeeping Manager and his team. The restaurant is very well managed by Mr. Hussain and Mr. Nurul. The service is excellent. The quality of the food is really good, thanks to Chef Montasser and his team.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful in every way! First impression: Great, treated with respect and smiles. Checkin: Smooth, upgraded to suite after seeing my family. Room: Great, better than expectations. Spacious Location: Lively, next to everything. Within City. Checkout: Smooth within seconds Staff: I would really like to thank the conceirge Egyptian, I forgot his name. He was in afternoon/evening shift. Breakfast: No idea, didnt take as my stay was just for night.

I felt the room was a bit dusty, not alot but maybe because of dust storm.

It’s says that the room could accommodate 3 people but it’s actually only 2 we asked for a 2 separate beds because a the room had only king a king size bed they said they would provide a free one but would charge for the second one and it wasn’t cheap so I ended up sleeping on the couch

Breakfast is fit for a King! Fresh food every morning with wide range of choice.The location is nice if you’re downtown

The first night, the towels were not in the toilet. But the housekeeping were quick to send on call.

Location is excellent, Staff very helpful, the Breakfast was decent.

The quality of extra bed provided was substandard and not comfortable to sleep in. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom as no P-Trap was used for the wash basin.

very hospitable and understanding - the manager checks almost with each guest. Even if a tiny thing is not ok, they will check and try to make things better - very proactive, respectful and great location

The price was terrific and the location was exactly what I wanted, and parking was bad on the street, thankfully the hotel had plenty of free parking in the basement.

Only one complaint, the smell of mildew.
