Hotel stay was great, and special thanks to Abdullah and Aseel from reception, they were really helpful and friendly.

Hadeel was a super star! She is one of the best hosts I ever come across as I travelled around the world for business and pleasure. Everything was top notch from facilities to breakfasts, room, etc Their staff were consistently performed exceptional services. I would highly recommend this hidden gem for the people who are planning to visit Riyadh. Totally worth it.

Nothing to be honest. As I mentioned above, there was no concern. Hadeel at the reception was the brightest spot during our stay at the hotel.

I have stayed in past also at the same hotel. Now they have renovated their rooms and it has very new and best look. Amazing. Staff are so friendly , professional and cooperative. Hadeel at the reception is so professional always available to answer calls, she upgraded me without even asking. Yousuf the bell boy is so helpful and active person , keeps smiling :) Breakfast was amazing with large collection. Location is the key , very close to Olaya , food outlets , coffee shops all are om walking distance.

They need to have Gym and Spa facilities.

The receptionist Ms. Hadeel was very accommodating and very welcoming. The service was top notch and I will definitely visit again. The breakfast menu had variety of options and the room was just as the photo and super clean. The WiFi was very good as well especially since I am here for work. Overall, a very good hotel and very welcoming atmosphere.

Sahoor was great, the room size, the bed was comfortable,

I went to the restaurant inside the hotel after the iIftar time by 30 min but once I paid and sat down to take my soup they started removing the dishes from the bar and also when I checked the food I found most of the dishes empty but thanks God the chief was there and I complained to him and he arranged for mixed grill meet dish with some salad

The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff was wonderful. They were pleasant and accommodating. The front office manager Majid was particularly helpful. Reception, bell staff and housekeeping were great. The restaurant had a great breakfast. High quality and great variety. Their other offerings were delicious,well prepared and reasonable. The staff there was very friendly and accommodating. The exercise room was above average and the indoor pool was nice.

no parking for the hotel they told me that they are doing some maintenance / the restaurant was average the food was not that good , the tables was not that clean they don't clean it good

Staffs are friendly and helpful especially the concierge department and Ms. Hardeel (Receptionist) Makes you feel welcome! Management should keep these kind of employees. Restaurant Manager is nice. Waiter should at least know basic English. Food were a spread and delicious! Room are clean and huge!!! Very clean! Keep up the good work! And I will surely comes back to this Continent Al Waha Hotel!

My second time staying here and as always very good customer service. The WiFi is superb and breakfast has variety of options. Once again Hadeel was very welcoming and lovely.

Awesome! We had enough experience to compare this hotel with other hotels which we visited not long ago, and this hotel wins with clean, nice, and well-maintained facilities, great employees. The personnel is exceptional , especially the General Manager Mr. Khalid Rushdi, restaurant employees:, for example , Mr. Zakir Huseyn, he was so hospitable, nice and supportive, and the wonderful chef, Mr.Rafat. The cleaning and maintenance personnel does the best job, and is very polite. We enjoyed our stay and will return if we are offered affordable rates. Good job, "Continent Al Waha"!

The beautiful ladies at the reception could improve their English skills a bit.
