Though We checked in during ramadan month. the cafeteria still catered to our needs. they assisted us to reheat our food which we bought from outside. the barista also served well our morning coffee. excellent service!

The parking was a little bit struggle. there was limited space for visitors in front of the hotel premises. you have to find your parking somewhere else at the back of the hotel.

Near the city center. Accessible roads. Amiable and kind staff. No disturbance felt from other rooms. Amenities are complete. Hot n cold water in the bathroom works and thats plus points for me and my family. Parking could be a lot more spacious but its fine for guests.

Cleanliness could be improved a little. Position of the microwave was not appropriate to be plugged near the sink. Position of mirror in bathroom was not height-friendly, not all guests are tall.

The location of the property was good. The reserved parking was very useful. Front desk member Mr. Farhat was very polite, prompt and helpful. Housekeeping was also very helping. Although they don't have separate place for the breakfast but Cafe staff was very cooperative. Supermarket was very near.

The options for the breakfast was very limited. No options for the kids. The price charged was not worth for the quantity delivered.

The location is best if you are travelling with the family and especially if you are travelling by road with your car, no parking issues, everything is like approx 20 to 25KM radius. You can explore the city main tourist attractions even if you have any embassy submissions or passport renewals this location will help you to reduce your driving stress.

Due to some unexpected road maintenance sometimes you have to wait little longer in traffic que to reach your destinations.

Good location and everything was near to a mall or the library which was walking distance so no need to use your car to have some fun time at the library park 5minute walk will do the staff were so nice and the rooms were spacious

The seat pillows parts of the kitchen top and the sink were burnt and had mold on it

I Liked how clean the hotel was and how helpful the staff was . The location of the hotel is just perfect . It is relatively near to almost everything. The hotel in my opinion is the best value i could have gotten for my money .

WiFi sometime erratic and need to move to lobby area to deal with business conversations though PC

The Junior suite was spacious and full of amenities.

They forgot to clean our room though we informed the receptionist in advance but that's OK considering the room was good and located at Olaya Street. It was an awesome deal 👍
