1- It was very spacious, with an awesome view on a high rise floor. 2- It was soundproof devoid of any noise, including a double door to enter the penthouse. 3- Like that the bathroom was clean and nice with L'Occitane products.

1- I would have liked Bigger Television or possibly included a music player / station. 2- The bedroom was very large but had a lot of empty space, could have been utilized with a couch or other amenities. 3- The bathroom could have a had a better bath tub for a penthouse; there was definitely space a better/bigger one. would have made the place more value for money.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and it was excellent! The staff particularly were outstanding and catered for our every need. Breakfast staff and kitchen team were very considerate to our requests, our housekeeping guy Ariful always served with a smile on. We had a small issue with the microwave and Jitendra from the engineering team replaced the item the appliance in 5 mins. Front desk team were very helpful explaining Riyadh to us as first time visitors. Overall I'd recommend this place for many reasons but their staff and hospitality made our stay a unique and comfortable start for our journey in Riyadh.

Maybe our only gripes were that the TVs in the room are quiet small compared it's distance from the seating area/bed, and the scent diffuser boxes in the floor hallways and reception were a bit too strong for my nose allergies.

I had been recommended Fraser Suites for Riyadh stays where I preferred a serviced apartment kind of stay, and usually it would be fully booked. My last work trip I managed to find a booking for about a week, and was impressed. The staff were extremely attentive from the moment I arrived. Check in was smooth, thanks to an incredibly efficient trainee receptionist called Saud. Housekeeping staff were very fast and efficient whenever I needed anything. I booked an Executive studio, and considering it's the smallest available, it was massive and extremely comfortable. I was on the 5th floor, thanks to a change made by said receptionist, and the view was very nice....in general the location is excellent. The kitchinette was stocked with everything I could possibly need, and the bed was perfect, with a pillow menu available. Check out was just as smooth, thanks the very capable receptionist called Manar who handled everything quickly. I also briefly met the reception manager Sara, whose poise and professionalism made it clear why the front desk was running so smoothly. The business center/pool lounge staff were very good too. One of the best parts was, even though it was at full capacity, it was always very quiet, and felt very safe. 24/7 room service was very convenient.

Nothing about the hotel, but there are no grocery/convenient stores nearby, but not a huge issue as everything could be delivered in Riyadh 24/7 from food, to groceries, to pharmacy needs. All items were also sent up straight to me, no need to go down.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fraser Suites Riyadh, and it was truly a five-star experience from start to finish. I loved EVERYTHING about the property, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The city view was amazing, the restaurant and menu variety is very good and the outdoor pool area looks lovely with a view to the city. The staff were great and super professional from the moment you check in to the moment you check out. I went there on my birthday as we visited Riyadh and the hotel sent a complimentary lovely cake with a happy birthday message on it and a bowl of fruits which made my day feel extra special. Accommodated our late check out request with no issues, 10/10 for everything and I would definitely visit again.

Absolutely one of the best places to stay in Riyadh. Very clean, amazing staff, good breakfast. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I stayed here for over 22 days and had an amazing time. I appreciate all of the staff Especially, Kim and Albashier from the breakfast team. The chef and supervisor people. I also appreciate Jahidul and Ayub for great service and cleaning always. I hope I didn’t miss anyone but truly great experience. Im definitely gonna come back.

I really enjoyed my stay a lot. The suite was spacious, highly clean, and very comfortable. Its location at the corner of King Fahd Road and Khurais Road offered an incredible panoramic view of the entire square and the intersection, surrounded by stunning skyscrapers. The area is lively and central. The staff were wonderful—special thanks to Mr. Saud at the reception for his exceptional service and warm welcome.

The room is spacious and comfortable Most of the staff are very welcoming and very nice ... except one. The hotel is using L'Occitane amenities which is great ... 👍 it was actually the reason why I booked at this hotel as I don't want to carry my shampoos to another country ... they made my life easier

One day I came back found my room uncleaned . Untouched . Telling that I put the ( Don't Disturb button on) which is totally not correct . I didn't put that button on . The hotel staff who was on duty on that night didn't care and he was just ignoring me and attending to other guests, and he was totally convinced that it was my fault and he was treating me badly based on that. They cleaned it after but after I lost all of my patience . Other thing that I didn't like is the variety of food at the breakfast ... it is very limited and repeated nearly everyday . If you stays for only 2 nights then you won't feel the repetition.
