1- It was very spacious, with an awesome view on a high rise floor. 2- It was soundproof devoid of any noise, including a double door to enter the penthouse. 3- Like that the bathroom was clean and nice with L'Occitane products.

1- I would have liked Bigger Television or possibly included a music player / station. 2- The bedroom was very large but had a lot of empty space, could have been utilized with a couch or other amenities. 3- The bathroom could have a had a better bath tub for a penthouse; there was definitely space a better/bigger one. would have made the place more value for money.

I loved EVERYTHING about the property, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The city view was amazing, the restaurant and menu variety is very good and the outdoor pool area looks lovely with a view to the city. The staff were great and super professional from the moment you check in to the moment you check out. I went there on my birthday as we visited Riyadh and the hotel sent a complimentary lovely cake with a happy birthday message on it and a bowl of fruits which made my day feel extra special. Accommodated our late check out request with no issues, 10/10 for everything and I would definitely visit again.

1- location is excellent 2- there is starbucks in the hotel 3- the suite was very comfortable, clean and the space was big (3 rest rooms, a small kitchen, living room, dinning table) 4- everything was exceptional 5- they offered us valley parking free of charge 6- worths the price! 7- fast check in and checkout

when you call the reception from the room there is a connection problem (no one answers). the first day there was a problem with the door (we closed it but it didn’t lock) we talked to them and they fixed it fast the safety box also it didnt open and they fixed it too some of the staff in reception were not very welcoming (dont know names) but I think they need some more training in customer service and communication.

The room is spacious and comfortable Most of the staff are very welcoming and very nice ... except one. The hotel is using L'Occitane amenities which is great ... 👍 it was actually the reason why I booked at this hotel as I don't want to carry my shampoos to another country ... they made my life easier

One day I came back found my room uncleaned . Untouched . Telling that I put the ( Don't Disturb button on) which is totally not correct . I didn't put that button on . The hotel staff who was on duty on that night didn't care and he was just ignoring me and attending to other guests, and he was totally convinced that it was my fault and he was treating me badly based on that. They cleaned it after but after I lost all of my patience . Other thing that I didn't like is the variety of food at the breakfast ... it is very limited and repeated nearly everyday . If you stays for only 2 nights then you won't feel the repetition.

I stayed in two different rooms because my stay in Riyadh was extended. Both rooms were excellent in planning, very spacious and everything I needed to have a comfortable stay. The location was excellent I could would everywhere to get services needed. A special and separate thank you to everyone who worked at the reception and the front desk! Really really helpful, polite and welcoming!

The flashing digits on the microwave in both rooms. :) Is not a deal breaker in general, but I stayed in two rooms and both rooms had this issue. The hotel staff will know what I mean. :)

The room was perfect for us as a family, all of the furnishings were clean and modern. The hotel staff were attentive and quick to respond to requests. Buffet breakfast had a wide selection of food.

We woke to the smell of cigarette smoke in our room as the guest next door was not adhering to the no smoking policy. The hotel staff were very apologetic and would have moved us but it was out last night. The restaurant staff were not available when we tried to have lunch, I dont think they expected anyone. This was quickly resolved and the food was good quality.

Rooms were spacious. Kitchen was well stocked. Cleaning was decent and toiletries were very indulgent. The penthouse 2 bedroom apartment was huge. And views were amazing. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was poor quality. Lighting in some areas of the apartment could be better. Finishing of the furniture seemed a bit worn out. Water pressure in bathroom was an issue.

i love the place, facilities and location.

I didn’t like the “other” staff. i have asked for something and he said no and gave reasons/alibi. i have them escalated it to his superior and act accordingly. i can feel the discrimination when treating people. they should value the guest regardless the color of their skin! this is the second stay in the hotel.
