Everything 🥰 The location - convenient to the metro station, mall and etc. The hotel - artsy and vibrant but with full security🥰 The room - clean and cozy. The window view gives a positive vibes every morning and a chill vibes with the city lights at night. They provide a new clean towel everyday. They make sure that our room is clean during our stay. The staff - all staff’s are amicable, helpful and accommodating. Best service ever.

No bath tub but no biggie 😅

The Hotel Location is very convenient for us as it is easy to reach our clients. The service we receive from Aloft Hotel is very important to us, we trust your management and your staff in the way they handle things to make them easier for our employees to get the needed rest especially after a long stressful day. The rooms from the cleanliness to the great simple elegance that makes the person feels relaxed are just perfect.

The hotel was lovely, staff very welcoming and friendly thank you to Omar working at reception. He was very accommodating and welcoming which made me feel at home. The hotel has good facilities which I didn’t have time to try out and is in a very good location. All my requests were accommodated, I had a nice peaceful sleep, it’s clean and quiet. Will definitely be visiting again, keep it up!

Modern hotel located near Riyadh central area. Room interior design is modern type. Breakfast was good (Cost 110 SAR per person)

- Swimming pool timing for mens is not fair as its only allowed from 6 am until 10:30 am after that women’s are only allowed to use the pool. This schedule should be changed allowing mens to use pool at noon times from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm. - Sometimes when i call reception or room service no answer when i asked them why no answer they said phone system sometimes not working. -Room rates are expensive for this hotel category.

New and spacious rooms, not luxurious but modern colorful design, comfortable bed, well-equipped room. Bathroom is large and good. City view on both sides of the building. Staff was amazingly quick, practical and friendly. Hotel has a free parking in the basement. Location was convenient. Wifi was fast enough. As a solo and female traveler, I did not have any difficulties at all. I did not have breakfast, so cannot comment on that. And I didn’t have time to try the splash pool, so no comments on that.

Sound insulation was weak and I could hear every sound coming from next room.

unfortunately the TV didn't work (couldn't be fixed during my stay but they did try to help) for some reason the clock next to the bed never shows the correct time and date?

the room was good size , and very organized, regarding the location, it is fantastic, nearby most popular areas I looked for.

almost nothing, to be honest, I didn't tried the breakfast, but I am expecting it will be fine, yes the price a bit high 109SAR per person which might needs to be revised

Quality of the Hotel and the Service is very good, also the friendliness of the Staff. The Staff of the Restaurant (The Dish) are courteous and friendly. Food quality and the size of the portions(!) are beyond expectaion.

Unfortunately, the AC in the room wasn't good. There was only just two modes; either on or off. Regradless what setting I tried (temperature, fan speed etc.) the AC seems not adopting it.

I booked using my credit card for 3 rooms, upon arrival we found out that there was no booking and no rooms available due to overbooking. Despite that i have a confirmation from booking.com. The receptionists staff were nice and helped by giving us 2 rooms out of three where 2 guests had shared one room. Regards, Maan

The overall vibe and decoration theme of the hotel. Sizable and well maintained basement parking space.

The lighting was too dim inside the room especially since it's a darker color (blue). Also, the room's view was overlooking the roof of another building. Lastly, the hot water in the bathroom was intermittent, it keeps shifting from hot to cold.
