Nice bedding, we are given along with fruits and water bottled topup everyday

We have already done the payment since home, but the system is not updated. Even after showing the proof of payment also they still need time to check and ask us to do another payment. So disappointing. What to expect to us who are tired and need to rest? After being scolded then only they saw the payment. Not sure what happened to them. We have been travelled around using booking never find this problem before.

Everything 🥰 The location - convenient to the metro station, mall and etc. The hotel - artsy and vibrant but with full security🥰 The room - clean and cozy. The window view gives a positive vibes every morning and a chill vibes with the city lights at night. They provide a new clean towel everyday. They make sure that our room is clean during our stay. The staff - all staff’s are amicable, helpful and accommodating. Best service ever.

No bath tub but no biggie 😅

The Hotel Location is very convenient for us as it is easy to reach our clients. The service we receive from Aloft Hotel is very important to us, we trust your management and your staff in the way they handle things to make them easier for our employees to get the needed rest especially after a long stressful day. The rooms from the cleanliness to the great simple elegance that makes the person feels relaxed are just perfect.

The hotel was lovely, staff very welcoming and friendly thank you to Omar working at reception. He was very accommodating and welcoming which made me feel at home. The hotel has good facilities which I didn’t have time to try out and is in a very good location. All my requests were accommodated, I had a nice peaceful sleep, it’s clean and quiet. Will definitely be visiting again, keep it up!

Modern hotel located near Riyadh central area. Room interior design is modern type. Breakfast was good (Cost 110 SAR per person)

- Swimming pool timing for mens is not fair as its only allowed from 6 am until 10:30 am after that women’s are only allowed to use the pool. This schedule should be changed allowing mens to use pool at noon times from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm. - Sometimes when i call reception or room service no answer when i asked them why no answer they said phone system sometimes not working. -Room rates are expensive for this hotel category.

New and spacious rooms, not luxurious but modern colorful design, comfortable bed, well-equipped room. Bathroom is large and good. City view on both sides of the building. Staff was amazingly quick, practical and friendly. Hotel has a free parking in the basement. Location was convenient. Wifi was fast enough. As a solo and female traveler, I did not have any difficulties at all. I did not have breakfast, so cannot comment on that. And I didn’t have time to try the splash pool, so no comments on that.

Sound insulation was weak and I could hear every sound coming from next room.

Aloft Riyadh Hotel has the most comfortable mattresses in all of Saudi. And I have stayed in quite a few hotels! The layout of the room is spacious and comfortable. From the doorman to the cleaners, great staff. The breakfast 😋 was good. I especially liked the Danish pastries👌. We ordered the club sandwich 🥪 for lunch. Wow, I will come back just for that!

unfortunately the TV didn't work (couldn't be fixed during my stay but they did try to help) for some reason the clock next to the bed never shows the correct time and date?

The swimming pool was child-friendly, clean and great. The bed was comfortable and cozy. We liked the room because it was spacious and the view from the window was peaceful. We had a good night sleep. The staff from the reception to the swimming pool area were courteous and friendly.

Great staff, great place, fantastic location. Very friendly staff with a positive and welcoming attitude. Absolutely fabulous rooftop swimming pool, sauna and steam room with women’s only access which was fantastic! I would definitely recommend and visit again.
