This is my fifth stay at this hotel, and it has truly become my go-to whenever I visit Riyadh. What keeps bringing me back is the warm and professional reception team. they always welcome me with a smile and make check-in smooth and quick. Their hospitality sets the tone for a comfortable and pleasant stay every time. The rooms are clean and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for consistent quality and great service.

The hotel has a modern design for those who like art they will love it. The room has everything you would love to have if you are traveling in a family and wish to cook or prepare sth. Microwave, utensils, fridge, a very large TV which was amazing. The bathrobe, it was furnished with modern tools. In comparison with a 5 stars hotel I was just in this is far better. It deserves 5 stars.

The breakfast is so poor. I think the management shall either improve it or remove it or a la carte. The noise of the cars, it's quite disturbing and unfortunately can cause discomfort at night.

Good location for my intended stay, nice breakfast with a selection of cereals, fruit, bread, hot plates, cakes etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a larger room free of charge which had a kitchenette, microwave and sink. Room was clean and well equipped but with a faint smell of cigarette smoke. Good value for money.

Breakfast was below average. Few options. It also seemed like few staff were available. When we asked for extra water we were told they would give it the next day at room service. That was the most bizarre thing I have experienced. I need to make my baby’s milk urgently and this was the most disappointing part of the trip.

I had a great stay at this hotel — the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The location was good and breakfast was nice , however the rooms were little small and I requested for the separate bed which was not available at the time , overall it was nice experience.

bath shower was built on small area and the sliding door was not completely closed causing water to spill over the bathroom floor , however all facilities were good

Loved the cleanliness and the working staff was amazing, specially the housekeeping service 👍

Everything was good, only breakfast can be a bit better with more variety added. Specially a coffee machine.

no reliable reservation system. reservation on Booking doesn’t guarantee an actual reservation. Room card needs to be reactivated by a receptionist when you’re back to hotel after 8pm or 9pm. Although a reasonable variety, breakfast has leftover dry, cold items. Skip breakfast in dining & either order a room service or grab one from many restaurants nearby hotel

Hotel is very clean, great breakfast, basement parking great value and staff is very polite & helpful. Mohammed at reception is always open to support.
