The room was spacious, there was an extra desk, the chaise lounge in the room next to the bathroom was a great idea to lie down so as not to spoil the bed. There was a kettle and cups for drinking tea and I really liked it :) The room has a small balcony which is also convenient for getting some fresh air and going out to look around. The environment is not very noisy

The roll of tissues in the bathroom was wet. The back of the hotel was right next to the road, making it difficult to walk to the same side.

Breakfast was very tasty and the stuff were mostly very helpful.

Noisy room, bathtub not very clean, noisy room due to proximity of the lift. During my stay they started ripping of the wallpaper on corridors to start maintenance I suppose. This shouldn`t be happening in the hotel that is not the cheapest one. Not the most polite lady at the reception. Asking the customer `What do you want?` is not the best way to address a guest in a hotel.

I visited the Grand Plaza several times. It is not the newest Hotel in town. Why do I like it and come back always? - Because you get a lot for your money - Rooms are big - The staff is best in town, thanks for everything - Breakfast is not continental but quite arabic, what I like. - nice little pool area - internet is ok - Bed is comfortable

needs here and there a bit of renovation (furniture) If you want a fancy room with newest furniture, don't come here, if you want to be a guest and not a number, visit Grand Plaza

The staff is excellent and very welcoming.

Not a question about not liking but being more vigilant to make sure everything in the room is ready before the guest checks in. In my case the shower was not working properly (although it got fixed when I raised the issue) and then one day the room did not get cleaned although the issue was addressed immediately when notified.

Room was clean and big, staff helpful and friendly. Location was good.

I think there is a problem with ventilation system. Air in the room was extremely dry and air condition didnt help. Also rooms really dark which is fine, because it is design of hotel. But black curtains will be good to change, I couldnt stay in room for long.

I actually had to shift to Grand Plaza Al Dhabab for locational reasons, and the Manager Mr. Mohammed Rashad was of excellent support and hospitality in this. My decision to move to Al Dhabab branch was great as We enjoyed very much the stay, my companions and myself, vis-a-vis Hospitality, Quality of Setvice, and Staff Friendliness.

I would like to thank and appreciate the effort that offered by the receptionist Ms. NORAH, she did her best to make me satisfied by resolving minor conflict regarding my accommodation and finally she welcomed me with Arabic coffee with dates and a plate of fruits, this is the third stay for me in Grand Plaza Hotel and won't be the last. Again many thanks to NORAH for her perfect  professionality and her kind attitude in this field. Best regards.

Very convenient location for someone who wants to be only 10minutes driving from Kingdom Tower,Water Tower and all the places around Ryiadh center. 18 minutes ( very close for Ryiadh) to BOULEVARD WORLD , Ryiadh Season. 8 minutes from the ZONE and 11 minutes from Diplomatic Quarter. 3minutes walking for AWAL PLAZA ,where you can find PANDA S.MARKET and many many other shops. And only 5 minutes driving from Intercontinental and Voco Hotel,in case you have a conference and you cannot find room to these hotels or they seem too expensive. EXTREMELY polite staff makes you feel very welcome.Lady Receptionists,Mohamed at the entrance, Raj Kumar and his colleague at the bar restaurant and Angelo at the very good room service. You can eat very tastypizza pasta and salads at the restaurant with very good prices. Very Spacious junior suite 2203 Small but nice gym and massage rooms( didn't try)

They need to remove carpets , because are old and look dirty and cannot give the sense of cleanliness. Many furnitures are little worn No glass at the bath tub to protect water from running out during shower, if you are not careful . Breakfast medium quality
