Location is perfect closed to Glob restaurant, Harvey Nicols, mamo restaurant. Butlers were amazing and very helpful, the same consierge and reception. One night I asked for tea next night I found waiting for me tea with flowers and cookies. Customer service is perfect. They left on my books few new bookmarks:) I have asked for paper to write something they deliver is minute! They try to assist you in any steps to make your life comfortable. I have to mention spa and Cristina’massage. She will get title from me: The best on the world!

Nothing to complain about it.

I have seen so many hotels out there. They’ve been established for a long time, but this one was different up to all updated standards and I can tell the value of the employees is there from the door to the reception to room service. It felt like the hotel was just opened a month ago. I find this small detail very nice which was a bag that could be used if you had any gifts was really a nice touch.

What I didn’t like is that it was unfortunate that I had to leave early and come in late and didn’t take my time in the hotel but surely there will be a next time.

Amazing place with amazing staff all of them are are welcoming and friendly The place is exceptional and the food is delicious and they have variety of choices There is a butler to serve you with whatever you want 24/7 it was an exciting experience and definitely gonna make it my choice whenever I’m gonna visit Riyadh again

Design & the room.

While leaving the hotel, we were passing through the lobby and a bad painting smell was everywhere & spray of it too!! When I asked the reception, they replied it's from mantiance Dept!! I mean it's painting thing nothing urgent hence, they should've scdeule it during off-time ( morning time).

the hotel services have improved since my last stay. the new workforce is very professional, specially Miss. Shagra at the front desk.

in-room service was slow.

Everything about our stay was as you'd expect from such a refined hotel. The suite was spacious, very comfortable and high-tech. The furniture was very classy and visually appealing, it felt warm and cozy to sit in the living room. I'd like to thank the reservationn team since they accomodated my last minute request to decorate the room for a special occasion in a pleasent manner, and a gentleman named Ibrahim at reception, he was corteous and generous with my request to extend the check out period.

Two things: 1. We booked a city view suite, but the only view we had was the next huge building which completely engulfed our field of vision and covered the landspace so it slightly took away from the magic of the stay. Because you expect suites to have more remarkable views than regular rooms. 2. A minor mishap with the checkout, as we had to call twice with an hour between the calls and nobody showed up to take our luggage, so we took it ourseleves, it is not a big problem but it certainly did not meet our expectation from a lavish hotel.

Our Reviews for the Faisaliah Hotel: We stayed in this amazing hotel in Riyadh. It was a beautiful hotel, i’ve never seen the most helpful and friendly service in all the hotels i’ve been to. There was a very delighted staff who helped us during our stay. His name is Mr Khaled who’s sits by the reception desk. He was very helpful as he supported us in getting one large suite instead as we booked 2 one bed suites. That was very helpful.

The breakfast price was expensive for children. The fire alarm switched on and waked us up unprepared. It turned out to be an accidental alarm. We asked about why this happened. We were given many different opinions which was very unreliable for us and we didn’t understand why they have done this.

2nd time here, love the hotel and rooms.

Room AC was not working to full capacity. Was a bit too hot in the room. SPA and Gym could be renovated

Exceptional service. Very nice lady's swimming pool. Water temperature was so lovely and warm! As a hotel guest you have free access to the viewing platform in the Tower. Amazing view of the city. Hotel is connected to the shopping centre with an underpass.

The hotel adverts show Al Faisaliah Tower, which may be misleading The hotel is next to the Tower and not in the Tower. I booked the hotel hoping to get a room with a good view of the city as I wrongly presumed the Tower on the advert is actually the hotel. No steam no sauna for ladies. Only in the men's section.
