Staff very welcoming upon checking in. Room was very large, clean and tidy and had a nice bathroom. Parking can be found either directly outside of the hotel or on the surrounding streets without a problem. Excellent location in the center of Riyadh - almost all points in the city reachable within 30-40 mins in a car. I was travelling as a solo tourist from Europe and I would recommend to tourists in Riyadh.

Large room, very central, nice downstairs lobby. Comfortable stay for one or two nights in business way. Was also relatively low priced compared to similar ones.

Toilet assecoiries but below par, could be more coffee and tea (although when I asked, it was okay and they sent more up).

The hotel is spotless. Rooms are spacious and well-furnished. The staff is professional and helpful. The location was excellent for me as I attended an event at Al Faisaleya Tower. Distance to the airport and the other places of attraction takes around 20 minutes by taxi. We used the meeting room for free and that was a huge plus.

Everything was excellent. The only 2 things that could be improved are: - The variety and quality of food in the breakfast. - The tightness of the room's window.

Everything and everyone was amazing, except for one short Indian gentleman at the breakfast....he would not smile. He would never greet, yet of a Person of the country walked in, he would loudly greet. Seemed like a sour racist person. However the Bangladesh guy that comes to clean my room is a 10/10, give him a promotion But the Breakfast staff are unpleasant and very miserable, makes having breakfast so unpleasant and unenjoyable.

The hotel is located in a prime location. The staff were very welcoming. Soothing aroma once you enter the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. All the facilities were top notch. The parking at the basement is good but not spacious

The bathroom. The hand shower was leaking, no hot water to bathe. In the breakfast, no tags were there to know the food. Even the staff at the counter were least bothered to explain. They were to themselves. Same staff to pickup the used dishes as well at the food counter.

My room was extremely large. The bed was super king. The room was so quiet and comfortable. The staff were so kind and helpful and always with a smile. Breakfast was very very good with lots to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. Taxis were very reasonable and always available in minutes. Loved this hotel and a big thank you to the manager and staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a pleasant experience at the Ewaa Express Hotel. The location is lively and central with many dinning and shopping options nearby. Its a walking distance to the popular kingdom tower. There is also a metro station few meters away. The breafast was great with many options and replenishment was steady. The room is very nice with comfortable bed, pilows and beddings. There is also a kitchenette with micro wave and dishes and cutleries provided.

Very good hotel for short stay of 2-3 days: - Cleanliness in the hotel. - Quick check in. - Central air-conditioner with good temperature control. - Bed sheets, towel, bath Rob, small napkin etc. very clean, carpet in the room very clean - Location (600 Meters walking distance to Alfaisalia tower). - Wifi is good. - Toiletries, Weight scale, disposable Slippers, locker, standard kittle with tea-coffee etc. in the room. - High water pressure in bathroom. Paid SAR 983.00 for 2 N stay, one adult, standard room with breakfast.

- Car parking is very small, sometimes difficult to get parking outside. - Breakfast has limited items (ok for 2-3 days short stay) and small area with 6-8 tables. - Light in the one life not working and bad smell near lift area (same comment given earlier by other traveler) - Very small gym with only one equipment for weight exercise (even no dumbbells) and cardio equipments (treadmill, elliptical, cycle), disappoint because I am regular to gym. - Some items are broken (bathroom shower: only top is working, side shower is not working), bathroom handle on glass door is broken.

The location of the hotel is very close a main street. There a lot of cafe and restaurant choices. Because of Ramadan the breakfast was sent to room which was good. The iron and iron table is ready in the room. Staff directly and immediately interested on my complaints.

The time period was in Ramadan so the Sahur time is set to until 02:30 which is too early. I had some complaints about the room ( not working boiler, not working shower drain)

- [ ] check in was fast and they allowed us to check in early since we had an early flight,maam sarah was very accomodating - [ ] there are fastfood chain just near the hotel - [ ] the room was clean and spacious, there was a big sala set and table to eat - [ ] love the bed, soft and comfy, i was able to sleep well - [ ] the bathroom was clean,warm water - [ ] the gym was good and pool is somewhat covered, the sauna was clean - [ ] the location was superb,its in the center and near to big malls and great cafe - [ ] staff was accomodating,never heard no in all our request - [ ] the breakfast was good,fullfliling - [ ] the best part is the LAUNDRY!!,yes you can do your own laundry and they provide the detergent

cons: nothing. to be honest best hotel ive stayed and will stay in this hotel everytime i come back in riyadh.surely will recommend to my colleagues who will be visiting riyadh
