I enjoyed the room, although the bathroom and toilet were disproportionate to the room size, it was still adequate. the room was a city view which was nice as the location is central, next to a metro station and a nice mall, but some may not like the late-night noise of fast car exhausts. I thought the spa facilities were excellent and staff all around very friendly. My Arabic is not very good and as I only spoke English, some of the staff had limited English, but I think this is equally found in other venues in Saudi Arabia.

the only criticism is that as a westerner I was informed I could not wear shorts to breakfast and I think this should be made clear at the time of booking, as I did not bring any trousers with me.

Staff well mannered. Fatimah at the desk was reflective of a high standard hospitality training. Lighting throughout the hotel gives a beautiful and cozy ambience. In the rooms you are able to adjust lighting to the mood satisfaction.

The glass facade with a quite poor insulation. Cars humming on the highway never stops. Although the midweek, but street people screaming and having a busy night. Can’t imagine weekends. This continues to late night with worse noises those of motorbikes. It’s 05:00 am, motorbiking is as noisy phenomenon at this area. Feels as if you’re in a racing ring. May be city laws about motorcycling needs to address this serious pollution. By 06:00 not refreshed after a long night but interrupted sleep in a luxury hotel.

I like the location because it is 5 minutes away from my place of work. Very convenient in downtown Riyadh. The hotel and room is super clean, very comfortable and quiet.

I am not sure why they don't have room service. This was the only thing that I found strange.

The location it’s too busy and crowded , but some people will like the vibe in this location

This hotel and my room are very beautiful. I was also very positively surprised by the dinner. There are a couple of chefs, who can cook for you whatever you like depends on the section. Fish, sushi, meat, salads, pasta - like everything you want. And everything is sooo soo super fresh. And the arabic sweets. I notices that the staff who help you with the lagguage, and those who bring you to the room: they were sooo extremly friendly, helpful and polity. Love this. Also the host at the buffet reastaurant and the staff - absolutley great service.

Wonderful hotel in the best location in Riyadh. Right next to Centria Mall, main shopping street with lots of restaurants and shops. They upgraded us to a suite and it was truly like a palace and one of the best rooms we have stayed at. Very luxurious rooms. The staff, service, rooms, spa ( jacuzzi,sauna), gym, breakfast all excellent. We really enjoyed the saudi coffee and dates in the lobby.

The gym can be open earlier

Location, quality, friendliness of most of the staff, particularly at the door and some of reception. Some of the bar staff seem to be stretched and didn’t understand our English request / accent… not there first language we know.

The length of time it took to credit my account with the 1200SAR was circa 4weeks seemed to be a long time. When I went into reception they told me it would take 10 days / 2 weeks, which even that seems a long time, when it takes seconds to take the money, but 4 weeks to issue a credit.??

I loved the hotel everything about it was really amazing. The rooms are really nice and clean as well as the services they offer I tried the spa and I loved the massage. To be honest I loved everything about the hotel specially the staff attitude for house keeping and how kind and welcoming they are

Fancy property and grand. Clean and spacious rooms and comfortable beds. I stayed there for almost one month and was very comfortable. I love that there is a menu for pillows to choose what is comfortable for you. The amenities in the room were quite modern. Staff is very friendly and buffet options are massive and very delicious buffet food. Location is quite central in Riyadh and easy to get to, and bas so many restaurants, malls, shops around.

The rooms dont get sunlight which was a bit uncomfortable but easy to manage. They put incense in the corridors which is a good thing for some people, but other people get allergic like myself which i recommend they stop this practice and maybe switch to steam incense which does not involve burning coil that causes allergy. The breakfast/lunch/dinner buffets dont include some basic beverages like cappuccino, green tea, and diet pepsi! and you have to pay extra for those even though some of it is served for free in your room! Even after speaking to management about it, they didnt seem to be convinced. I never experienced a hotel that makes you pay for basic beverages like this when you are already paying for breakfast.
